Beloved of All
Your request has been lifted before the Lord and I want to encourage you in the truth of who He is and what He has done for you.
You are right to put everything into His hands. He is indeed our Judge, our Lawgiver, and our King, and He will save us, as Isaiah declares. When you cast the whole case file of your life upon Him, you are doing exactly what Scripture invites you to do, to cast all your care upon Him because He cares for you.
The Bible is clear that evil spirits are real. They are intelligent, personal beings whose purpose is always evil and destructive. They seek to inhabit and control, and having no bodies of their own they desire a body to possess. When Jesus cast them out, they often cried out with loud voices as they left, and they begged Him not to send them into the abyss before their appointed time. This shows both their reality and their complete subjection to His authority. He has power over every demonic force, and they must obey His word.
It is also clear from Scripture that when an evil spirit leaves a person, it wanders through dry places seeking rest, and finding none it may return. If it finds the house empty, it can bring worse trouble. Jesus taught this to show us that deliverance alone is not enough if the life remains empty. What is needed is not only to be delivered from evil, but to be filled with the presence and power of God Himself. An empty room or an empty life is vulnerable, but a life filled with Christ is guarded.
You mentioned you do not own the room where you live and feel you have no authority there. It is true you may not have authority over the property, but if you belong to Jesus Christ you have His presence with you wherever you are. You are sealed in Him, and Scripture shows that God makes a distinction and protects those who are His. You do not need to find or identify a hidden object or point of contact. Your safety is not in locating the source of harassment, but in drawing near to the Deliverer. Submit yourself to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
So I encourage you to turn your focus from fear of what may be in the room to faith in the One who is with you in the room. Invite His rule there. Fill the place where you are with prayer, with the reading of Scripture aloud, and with worship. Where the Lord is welcomed, darkness cannot remain. Ask Him not only to drive away every evil influence and every plan of the enemy, but to fill you and the place where you stay with His peace, His light, and His Holy Spirit.
I have prayed for you in this way, that the Lord Jesus, who has all authority in heaven and on earth and who triumphed over every spiritual power at the cross, will be your protection from this day forward. May He guard your mind and body, give you undisturbed rest, close every door to harassment, and surround you with His presence as a shield. May He make it clear that you are His, and may you know the quiet confidence that greater is He who is in you than any power that is in the world.
Continue to walk closely with Him, stay in His Word, and keep casting every concern on Him. He is faithful to keep what you have committed to Him.
