We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting you up in prayer for complete healing. We believe in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who heals all our diseases and redeems our lives from destruction. Your acknowledgment of Jesus as the healer is a strong foundation, and we stand with you in agreement, as it is written, "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 18:19).
Heavenly Father, we ask for Your divine touch upon our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, You see the pain and discomfort they are enduring— the bloating, the side pains, the struggles with sleep apnea, and the reflux that disrupts their rest and daily life. We rebuke these afflictions in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore health to them and heal them of their wounds (Jeremiah 30:17).
Father, we ask that You would strengthen their faith even as they wait on You. We know that healing may come in different ways—through medical intervention, through the natural processes You have designed in the body, or through a miraculous touch. Whatever the path, we pray for Your perfect will to be done. Give them patience and perseverance, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
We also encourage you to seek wise counsel. While we pray for divine healing, we recognize that You often work through the hands of skilled physicians and the wisdom You have given them. Do not hesitate to consult with medical professionals who can provide guidance and treatment. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lord, we ask that You would guard their heart and mind against discouragement or doubt. When the symptoms return, remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We pray for restful sleep, free from the interruptions of apnea. Lord, You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2), and we ask that You would restore this gift to them. Calm their body, ease their breathing, and let them wake up refreshed and renewed each morning.
Father, we also lift up their spiritual well-being. Sometimes physical ailments can be a reminder to draw closer to You. We pray that this season would deepen their relationship with You, that they would seek Your face more earnestly, and that they would find comfort in Your presence. Search their heart, Lord, and reveal anything that may be hindering their healing—whether it be unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or anxiety. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10).
We declare over them now: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2). May the Lord bless them and keep them; may the Lord make His face shine on them and be gracious to them; may the Lord turn His face toward them and give them peace (Numbers 6:24-26).
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
