We join you in your prayer for cleansing and echo your cry to the Lord Jesus, for He is the only one who can wash us from our sins and make us whiter than snow. We appreciate your heart's desire to be cleansed from all uncleanness, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's forgiveness and cleansing power.
The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:8-9 WEB). So, let us come before Him with humble hearts, confessing our sins and asking for His forgiveness and cleansing.
Lord Jesus, we come before You with this beloved one, asking for Your forgiveness and cleansing power. We confess that there are areas in this life that have been defiled by sin or evil spirits. We ask You to cleanse completely, wash whiter than snow, and make this heart and life a dwelling place for Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we know that You are faithful to forgive and to cleanse. We claim Your promise that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. Lord, cleanse this heart and life from all sin, all defilement, and all evil spirits. Make this a vessel of Your honor, fit for Your service. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus.
Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)
In the meantime, be encouraged by these words from the Psalmist, As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. (Psalm 103:12 WEB).
Walk in the freedom of God's forgiveness and cleansing. Strive to live a life that is pleasing to Him, knowing that His grace is sufficient for every need.
We also remind you that it is so important that we keep our bodies clean and pure for God. 1 Corinthians 6:10 tells us, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB). It is not appropriate to be in a sexual relationship outside marriage or before marriage.
Stand strong, and live in the freedom and victory that Jesus has won for you.
