Prayer For Boyfriend

My boyfriend Victor is going through a tough time in his life right now and could really use prayer for positive change/results. He is currently surrounded by negative people, some even being in his immediate family. I understand that they have major issues, but I pray that God shields him from their terrible and hurtful words and actions. I pray that God continues to remind him and affirm that never will He leave him nor forsake him! I pray that he will guard his heart by developing spiritual disciplines and that he will not give in to anger, but will allow the Holy Spirit to control his responses. I pray that Victor will begin to see the blessings that God has in store for him/us. In jesus name I pray, Amen!
