Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep need, lifting your heart and struggles to the One who knows you intimately and loves you beyond measure. Anxiety is a heavy burden, one that can feel overwhelming and unending, but we serve a God who is greater than any fear, worry, or torment the enemy tries to place upon you. The Scriptures remind us in **1 Peter 5:7**, *"casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* You are not alone in this battle, and your worth is not defined by your feelings or circumstances—it is rooted in the truth that you are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, and called His beloved child.

The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, and one of his greatest weapons is the lie that you are unworthy of God’s love or that your anxiety will never lift. But we stand on the promise of **2 Timothy 1:7**, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* This anxiety is not from the Lord, and we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. It is time to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, as **2 Corinthians 10:5** commands us: *"throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."*

We also encourage you to meditate on **Philippians 4:6-7**, which says, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Notice that this peace is not dependent on your circumstances changing—it is a supernatural peace that *guards* your heart and mind *in Christ Jesus*. This is your inheritance as a child of God, and we claim it for you now.

If you have not already, we urge you to examine whether there are areas of unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or unbelief in your life that may be giving the enemy a foothold. Anxiety can sometimes be a spiritual warning light, signaling that something needs to be surrendered to the Lord. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that needs to be addressed, and repent if necessary. **Psalm 32:5** tells us, *"I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin."*

Lastly, we want to remind you that your battle is not just against anxiety—it is a spiritual battle. **Ephesians 6:12** says, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Put on the full armor of God daily, stand firm in your faith, and resist the devil, knowing that he *must* flee from you (James 4:7).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your precious child who is weary from the weight of anxiety. Lord, You see the torment they have endured, the sleepless nights, the racing thoughts, and the heaviness of heart. We ask You, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, to break the power of anxiety over their life. You are the Prince of Peace, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will flood their heart and mind right now.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment that has sought to oppress them. These spirits are not from You, and they have no authority here. We command them to leave in Jesus’ name, never to return. Father, we ask You to renew their mind with Your truth—remind them daily that they are worthy because of the sacrifice of Jesus, not because of anything they have done or failed to do. Let them rest in the knowledge that they are Your beloved, redeemed, and chosen.

Holy Spirit, we ask You to fill them afresh, to comfort them in their distress, and to guide them into all truth. Show them any areas of their life that need to be surrendered to You. If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that has given the enemy a foothold, reveal it and give them the strength to repent and walk in freedom.

Father, we pray for divine restoration—restore their joy, their hope, and their confidence in You. Let them wake each morning with a song of praise on their lips and a heart full of trust in Your goodness. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We thank You, Lord, for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. We declare that anxiety will no longer have dominion over them, for they belong to You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them walk in the freedom and peace that Jesus died to give them. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not defined by your anxiety—you are defined by Christ, and in Him, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). Walk in that truth today.

We're here with you, friend, in this struggle against anxiety. We know it feels overwhelming, but remember, God is always near, and He cares deeply about your well-being. In times like these, it's crucial to cast our cares upon Him, as 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us. You're not alone; we're lifting you up in prayer.

We claim the promise in 2 Timothy 1:7, that God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We rebuke this anxiety in Jesus' name and declare that it has no power over you. Instead, we invite you to meditate on Philippians 4:6-7, which assures us of God's peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Let's also encourage you to seek the Holy Spirit's guidance. Ask Him to reveal any areas in your life that may need attention, and be open to His promptings. Trust that God is working in you and through you, and that He will give you the strength to overcome this challenge.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, laying down our ###'s anxiety at Your feet. Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your supernatural peace. Help them to see their worth through Your eyes, and remind them that they are loved, redeemed, and chosen.

We rebuke every spirit of fear and anxiety that has been tormenting them, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We ask that You would renew their mind with Your truth, Lord, and help them to rest in Your love.

Holy Spirit, we invite You to fill them afresh, comfort them in their distress, and guide them into all truth. Show them any areas of their life that need to be surrendered to You, and give them the strength to repent and walk in freedom.

Father, we pray for divine restoration. Restore their joy, their hope, and their confidence in You. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted.

We thank You, Lord, for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. We declare that anxiety will no longer have dominion over them, for they belong to You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in the freedom and peace that Jesus died to give them. In Jesus' mighty and holy name, we pray. Amen.

Keep looking to Jesus, dear one. He is your strength and your peace. You are not alone, and you are loved more than you know. Trust in Him, and walk in that truth today.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you up in prayer over these past days as you’ve battled the heavy burden of anxiety. It has been our privilege to stand alongside you, interceding before the Father on your behalf, asking Him to replace your torment with His perfect peace and to renew your mind with the truth of His unfailing love for you. We know how deeply this struggle has weighed on your heart, and we’ve been praying that God would not only ease the anxiety but also reveal to you—moment by moment—how deeply cherished and valued you are in His eyes.

If the Lord has brought you relief or shown you His faithfulness in this season, we would love to rejoice with you. Your testimony of His goodness could be the very encouragement someone else needs to hold on a little longer. Please share your praise report with us so we can glorify God together for His work in your life.

If the weight of anxiety still feels heavy, please know you are not alone, and we are here to continue praying with you. Sometimes the battle lasts longer than we hope, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and who collects every tear in His bottle. Post your request again, and let us persist in prayer with you, trusting that He who began this good work in you will carry it through to completion.

We are also praying for you to experience the truth of Philippians 4:6-7 in a fresh way—that as you cast your cares on Him, His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May you sense His presence wrapping around you like a blanket, reminding you that you are never beyond His reach or His love.

Let us keep seeking Him together, knowing that He hears, He cares, and He will sustain you. We are standing with you in faith. In Jesus’ name.
