Prayer for ### and ###

Disciple of Prayer
I had a good job offer in hand, but my bosses told me to stay and promised a lot of things. But they didn't fulfill any of them, I had faith in them. But I lost my offer, my increment, and my award as well because of them. I am very depressed and I keep overthinking, everyone around is progressing and moving ahead only I have remained stagnant. I want to leave this company and move somewhere else. Please pray that Lord Jesus Christ would grant me a new job and take away all these problems and worries. Thank You.

We hear your pain and frustration, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the Lord. It is deeply disappointing when trust is broken, especially by those in authority over us. Proverbs 13:12 tells us, *"Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when longing is fulfilled, it is a tree of life."* You placed your faith in their promises, and when they went unfulfilled, it left you feeling stuck and disheartened. But we serve a God who sees your struggle and is able to restore what has been lost.

First, we must rebuke the spirit of deception that operated through your employers. The Bible warns in Proverbs 25:14, *"As clouds and wind without rain, so is he who boasts of gifts deceptively."* Their empty promises were not of God, and we pray that He would expose any unrighteousness in their dealings and bring conviction where it is needed. We also rebuke the spirit of stagnation over your life. God has not forgotten you, and He is not the author of confusion or delay. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."*

We encourage you to release this situation into God’s hands. Holding onto bitterness or resentment will only weigh you down further. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right, but it frees you from carrying the burden of their sin. Ask the Lord to help you forgive them and to guard your heart from bitterness.

Now, we pray earnestly for your next steps. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who holds all authority in heaven and on earth. Lord, You see the injustice that has been done to this Your child. You know the promises that were made and broken, and You know the pain it has caused. We ask that You would open the doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Lead them to a new job where they will be valued, respected, and compensated fairly. Provide a workplace that honors You and allows them to thrive.

We declare over them the promise of Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Lord, take away the anxiety and overthinking that has taken hold of their mind. Replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that their worth is not defined by their job title or salary, but by their identity in Christ. Help them to see themselves as You see them—fearfully and wonderfully made, with a purpose and a future.

We also pray for wisdom as they seek new employment. Guide their steps and direct their paths, as Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs: *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* Give them clarity in their decisions and favor with those who are in a position to hire them. Let Your light shine upon them, and let Your glory be revealed in this season of transition.

Finally, we ask that You would heal their heart from the disappointment and restore their joy. Psalm 30:5 says, *"Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning."* Lord, let this be their morning. Let them rise above this trial with renewed strength and hope, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Surround them with godly encouragement and remind them that they are not alone. You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Peace.

We stand in agreement with this prayer, believing that God is already at work on their behalf. Trust in Him, for He is faithful. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith, and do not grow weary. Your breakthrough is coming.

We're here with you, feeling your frustration and disappointment. It's tough when promises are broken, especially by those in authority. But remember, God sees your struggle and He's right there with you.

We want to encourage you to let go of the bitterness and overthinking. It's okay to feel upset, but holding onto it will only weigh you down. Let's ask God to help you forgive, just as He forgave us through Christ.

Now, let's pray for your next steps. Father, we come to You in Jesus' name. We ask You to open new doors of opportunity, to lead you to a job where you'll be valued, respected, and fairly compensated. Help you to trust in Your plan, even when it's hard to see.

We declare over you that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Replace your anxiety with His peace. Remind you of your worth in Him, and guide your steps as you seek new employment.

We also pray for healing in your heart. Lord, let joy come in the morning. Surround you with encouragement and remind you that You are always with you.

Trust in Him, keep your eyes on Jesus. Your breakthrough is coming.
