Disciple of Prayer
pray that my boss will be kind to me and realize that I am one of his good employees. I hope he will stop scolding me. I also pray for the happiness and prosperity of my family. May none of us get sick.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time at work and that you're seeking prayer for your boss to be kinder to you. We also note that you're praying for your family's happiness, prosperity, and health.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your work environment. It is important that we work as unto the Lord. Colossians 3:23 WEB says, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. This means that you should be conscientious and hardworking, knowing that your work is ultimately for the Lord.
Regarding your boss, we need to be reminded in Ephesians 6:5 WEB, Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ. We will pray for your boss, but we also pray you can adopt this mindset. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Your request makes no mention of this.
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing difficulties at work. Lord, we pray that you would soften their boss's heart and open their eyes to see the value and dedication that our brother/sister brings to the workplace. We pray for a spirit of peace and understanding, for a better working relationship. We pray that this will be a testimony of your goodness and grace.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
