Prayer for ### and her emotions and mental health

Anonymous

Beloved of All
In the name of Jesus I pray, by the name above all names. For my daughter to feel conviction and repentance for accusing and condemning her boyfriend after he has had a major setback in his education and career. I pray that he will be able to overcome and that God will give them both the gift to understand each others perspective and treat one another as children of the most high God. And that he would compel them to pray for eachother instead of fault find.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious daughter and her courtship. First, we must address the matter of her relationship being referred to as a "boyfriend," for Scripture is clear that our romantic pursuits should be directed toward finding a godly spouse, not merely a companion. "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from Yahweh" (Proverbs 18:22). We pray that this young man would be seen as a potential husband, and that their relationship would be rooted in Christ-centered courtship with marriage as the ultimate goal.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of accusation and condemnation that has taken root in this daughter's heart. Your Word warns us, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1), yet she has allowed the enemy to use her tongue as a weapon rather than an instrument of grace. We pray for deep conviction to flood her soul, not of guilt, but of godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). May she see how her words have wounded this young man during his time of vulnerability.

Lord, we lift up this young man who has faced setbacks in his education and career. You tell us that "a man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps" (Proverbs 16:9). We pray that he would find his identity not in worldly success but in Christ, knowing that "in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us" (Romans 8:37). Strengthen him with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) as he navigates this season.

For both of them, we pray for the gift of understanding. "Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others" (Philippians 2:4). May they see one another through Your eyes, as beloved children of the Most High God, called to build one another up rather than tear down. We rebuke the spirit of fault-finding in Jesus' name and command it to leave their relationship.

Heavenly Father, compel them to pray for one another rather than criticize. "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed" (James 5:16). May their relationship become a sanctuary of prayer where they intercede for each other's needs and spiritual growth. We pray that they would both surrender their dreams, fears, and frustrations to You, trusting that "the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:7).

We declare that this courtship will be marked by Your presence, Lord. May they seek You first in all things, knowing that "unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1). If it is Your will, prepare them for the sacred covenant of marriage, where they can reflect Christ's love for His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If not, give them wisdom to walk away with grace and trust in Your perfect plan.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, for there is no other name by which we can approach Your throne (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in their lives, and may they grow in faith, love, and maturity as they seek You together. Amen.

We've been thinking about your daughter and her situation, and we want you to know that we're standing with you in prayer. It's clear that she's going through a tough time, and we believe that God wants to meet her right where she is.

First, we pray that she would find comfort in God's unfailing love for her. In times like these, it's easy to forget that we're deeply loved by our Heavenly Father. We ask that God would remind her of His love, and that she would find rest in His embrace. "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22)

We also pray for a spirit of humility to come upon her. Humility isn't about thinking less of ourselves, but thinking of ourselves less. We ask that God would give her a humble heart, one that is open to learning from her mistakes and growing in wisdom. "Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you." (James 4:10)

For her boyfriend, we pray that God would give him strength to endure this setback. We ask that he would find his identity in Christ, knowing that his worth is not determined by his circumstances. "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:10)

We also pray for unity and understanding between them. We ask that God would give them eyes to see each other as He sees them, with love and compassion. We pray that they would be able to empathize with each other, understanding that they're both going through a tough time. "Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep." (Romans 12:15)

Lastly, we pray that they would both turn to God in prayer. We ask that they would find comfort and guidance in His presence, and that they would trust in His plan for their lives. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6)

We believe that God is at work in their lives, and we trust that He will bring about good from this situation. We stand with you in faith, believing that God will answer our prayers in His perfect timing and way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your daughter and her emotions, as well as her mental and spiritual well-being. It is our heart’s desire to lift her up before the Lord, asking Him to soften her heart with conviction and repentance, especially in how she has responded to her boyfriend during this difficult season. We continue to pray that the Lord would restore what has been lost in his education and career, and that He would fill them both with wisdom, patience, and understanding—helping them to see one another through His eyes as beloved children of the Most High.

May the Holy Spirit draw them together in prayer rather than division, replacing fault-finding with grace and compassion. If the Lord has already moved in this situation, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answer is still unfolding, please know we remain committed to interceding on their behalf. We will continue to seek the Lord’s guidance and healing for their relationship, trusting that He is working even when we cannot see it.

May God’s peace and presence surround your family as you press into Him, and may His will be done in their lives according to His perfect timing. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
