Prayer For A Sick Stray Dog

Last Monday I came home to find a starving, sick dog laying on my doorstep. He DESPERATELY needed help. I sent my husband in to get him some food and I stayed outside talking to him. When my husband hadn't returned quickly, I went inside and my own dog got out, bit the poor dog and chased it away. It ran off through the woods and I have SEARCHED everywhere for him. I have made myself sick over him. He needed help so very badly, I'm afraid he has died by now. I have prayed for him over and over, and have tried to find peace for myself, but I'm having a very hard time. Please pray both for the poor creature and for my own peace. Thank you so very much.

Lord, I pray for Your peace for this ### and I thank You for taking care of this sick dog, who is also one of Your creatures. Thank You Lord for all that You have created in this world. Amen
