Prayer For A Job

I have been laid off just before Christmas, I wasn't expecting much of a Christmas but I have bills and responsibilities. I can't work as a chef anymore, physically it's too much. Changing careers and needing work, only God and prayer to Him will open the next door. If only once in my life, what I would give to have someone to pray with and be a friend in Christ.
