Beloved of All
Father God, thank You for the vision to combine healthcare leadership and entrepreneurship. Your Word says, “I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you” (Jeremiah 29:11). Lead me as a founder and CEO to create value-driven businesses that serve industries, empower graduates, advance healthcare, and bring solutions to nations. May my leadership be guided by integrity, excellence, innovation, and a heart committed to serving humanity. Amen.

We join you in gratitude to the Lord for the vision He has placed in your heart to combine healthcare leadership and entrepreneurship for His glory. It is truly a noble calling to create value-driven businesses that serve industries, empower graduates, advance healthcare, and bring solutions to nations. We recognize that every good and perfect gift comes from above, and we pray that the Lord continues to guide and bless your endeavors as you seek to honor Him in all you do.

The scripture you referenced in Jeremiah 29:11 is a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness and His good plans for His children. We also hold fast to Proverbs 16:3, which says, "Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall be established." As you step forward in this vision, we pray that you would continually commit your ways to the Lord, trusting in His wisdom and timing. May your leadership be marked by the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23), so that those around you may see Christ in you.

We also lift up the importance of integrity in your leadership. Proverbs 11:3 tells us, "The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them." In a world where compromise and shortcuts are often celebrated, we pray that you would stand firm in your commitment to honesty, transparency, and ethical decision-making. May your businesses be a light in the marketplace, reflecting the character of Christ and drawing others to Him.

As you seek to innovate and bring solutions to nations, we pray that the Lord would grant you wisdom and creativity. James 1:5 assures us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for you, connecting you with the right people, resources, and partnerships to advance His kingdom through your work. May your efforts not only bring physical and economic healing but also point others to the ultimate Healer and Provider.

We also want to encourage you to remain rooted in prayer and dependence on the Lord. It can be easy to become consumed with the demands of leadership and entrepreneurship, but we are reminded in Psalm 127:1, "Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it." May you always seek the Lord’s guidance and surrender your plans to Him, trusting that He will establish the work of your hands.

Finally, we pray that your heart would remain committed to serving humanity with humility and compassion. Philippians 2:3-4 instructs us, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others." May your leadership be a reflection of Christ’s servant-heartedness, and may you always prioritize the well-being of others above personal gain.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts for the vision You have placed in the life of Your servant. We ask that You would continue to guide and direct their steps as they seek to honor You in their leadership and entrepreneurship. Grant them wisdom, integrity, and creativity as they build businesses that serve industries, empower graduates, and advance healthcare. May their work be a testament to Your goodness and a blessing to the nations. Protect them from the temptations of pride, greed, and compromise, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit so that they may lead with humility and compassion. We pray that through their efforts, many would come to know You as their Lord and Savior. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you in this vision. There is something beautiful about a heart that longs to steward talent and business not just for profit, but for healing and human flourishing. That kind of calling can feel heavy, and we’ve seen how easy it is to let the scale of it swallow up the daily, quiet work it will actually require.

One thing that helps is breaking the vision down into the next concrete step you can bring before God today, a hiring decision, a partnership, a core value you want to guard. We’ve found that praying for the specific, smaller moves keeps us grounded and dependent, rather than anxious about everything at once. You might also consider linking up with a handful of other Christian founders for honest prayer and accountability; God often speaks into big visions through the wisdom of a small, trusted circle.

May the Lord give you the wisdom you need, not all at once but steadily as you walk forward, and may He shape your character to match the reach of what you want to build.

Jesus, we ask You to guide this founder as a leader and decision-maker. Grant clarity in complexity, integrity under pressure, and a genuine love for the people the work will touch. Protect the vision from pride or shortcuts, and let it produce lasting good in healthcare and in the lives of graduates who will carry it further. All for Your honor we pray. Amen.

A vision for global healthcare and entrepreneurship, conceived in prayer and laid before the throne of grace, is no small thing; yet every holy ambition must first bow at the pierced feet of Him who is the King of kings. You have quoted the promise, “I know the plans I have for you,” and let this anchor your soul, but remember that the surest plan of God for any man is to conform him to the image of His Son. All our building, all our leading, all our healing must spring from beholding the Lord Jesus in the beauty of His holiness. To see Him as He is, that is the beatific vision which transforms everything else; one brief glimpse of His marred but now exalted countenance would make the world’s tinsel fade and set our hearts ablaze with a passion that is not merely human. The vision He gives in the secret place of communion is always most practical: it sends a man into the marketplace, into the halls of industry, into the desperate wards where bodies and souls lie sick, with the drawn sword of the Spirit and the towel of a servant equally in hand.

Such a vision is by no means unreasonable. When a man is called to combine leadership, commerce, and the healing arts for the blessing of nations, we may say with holy confidence, “We have but to expect it, to believe it, to pray for it, to work for it, and we shall have it!” The God who rides through the myrtle grove in the night watches hears the intercession of His people, and He answers with good words and comfortable words. Yet be certain of this: that the vision will never be accomplished by mere industry or clever strategy. It must be a vision of the King. Your eyes shall see the King in all these endeavours, or your hands will soon grow weary. The most subtle danger is to see only the mountain of the Lord’s house exalted among the nations, the institution, the enterprise, the graduates sent forth, and to miss the glory of the Lord Himself filling the temple. Every value-driven business, every graduate empowered, every healthcare solution brought to a suffering people is to be a rung in the ladder by which men ascend to behold supreme excellence. If it be so, then the vision is a fact before it has yet unfolded, for faith is the substance of things hoped for.

Let your prayer-turned-enterprise be baptized into the deep, tender sympathy of the great High Priest who ever liveth to make intercession. Joshua the high priest stood before the angel in filthy garments, and Satan accused him; but the Lord rebuked the accuser and clothed His servant in fair mitre and festal robes. So shall there be many a moment when the founder’s heart is accused of ambition, and the hands seem soiled with a hundred failures. In that hour, the vision will be sustained not by a stubborn resolve but by the interceding Saviour. He will speak a word and the filthy garments shall be removed; integrity, excellence, and innovation will clothe the work as with a clean turban. I charge you, therefore, to seek that your vision be no mere entrepreneurial fancy but a thing born of the Spirit, nourished in secret with cries and tears, and pursued with such a trembling that you often break in, like the prophet, to cry, “Let them put a clean turban upon his head.” Only then will your leadership be guided aright.

The vision that truly prospers is the one that dares to believe the promises when all appearances mock them. The captivity of Zion seemed immovable, yet the word came that the mountain of the Lord’s house would be established in the top of the mountains and all nations flow unto it. So now, when the needs of nations are as vast as the sea, and the healthcare challenges threaten to devour whole peoples as a canker, lift up your eyes. The hand that held the red horse and the myrtle groves in Zechariah’s night watches is not shortened. That same Lord stands with His sword drawn in the midst of His people, ready to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think. Go forth in the strength He alone confers, and let your businesses be a prophecy of that coming day when the knowledge of the Lord shall cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.

But a word of caution is needful. This is not a vision to be seen by those who have never looked to Christ by faith or trusted His precious blood to cleanse them. The most charming prospect of earthly influence, the most satisfying scheme for human betterment, can never satisfy an immortal spirit; and it will leave a man at the last as a castle built on sand. I beseech you, see to it that your own soul is first washed and that your inmost heart is a throne for the King. Then shall your vision of worldwide service become a beatific vision in embryo, a true seeing of Him as He is, reflected in the faces of the sick you serve and the young minds you train. Then shall the work be no poor, dim pathway of duty but a rapturous, ecstatic anticipation of heaven itself, where the glorified King will astonish us forever.

Remember, too, the common blunder of the impatient Peter: in the ecstasy of a vision he cried, “Not so, Lord,” because he was in a hurry. Let not your haste to build and to scale what is good drown the quiet voice that says, “Rise, kill and eat,” even when the menu seems unclean. The Master may direct you through narrow straits and strange alliances that humble your pride and teach you to lean wholly upon the Intercessor. Take time to learn the interpretation of every providence, for God’s Word is never out of date, and the Holy Spirit will shed a sacred light upon the vision so that you see more than the first glow revealed.

In all labour, keep the personal reality bright: “We shall see Him as He is.” This is the positive nature of the sight that sustains through every fog. Here on the hilltops of business and service the mists will often play on the valley, and your eyes will see only the dim outline of His purpose; but there is a day coming, and it may break in upon your soul even now, when the mist shall roll away and you shall behold the King in His beauty. Press toward that. Labour in that hope. Let your global vision be but the hem of His garment, and let it draw men not to a system or a name, but to the blessed Person who alone can say, “I am the Lord that healeth thee.” The Lord answer you with good and comfortable words; the Lord go before you as the Breaker; and may the Spirit so possess your entire enterprise that you may truly help to make the vision a fact, while Christ has all the glory. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for a vision to join healthcare and entrepreneurship, to lead nations with integrity and innovation, and you cling to the promise that God has plans to prosper you. It is a noble desire to heal the sick and give work to the young, and Scripture indeed says, "I know the plans I have for you." But hear this: God's plans are for your salvation, not for your worldly glory. Take care that your heart does not baptize its ambition as divine blessing, expecting the Lord to serve your business instead of your business serving the Lord.

You say you will be guided by integrity and a heart for humanity. Good. But what is integrity if it does not flow from the fear of God? What is service to humanity if it forgets that Christ is hidden in the suffering poor? You wish to be a founder and a CEO. Are you ready to become a succorer, as was Phoebe, who did not seek a title but gave herself for many and for the apostles, so that the Church herself assisted her in whatever business she needed? The world seeks innovation; but the true innovation is to carry the flame of the altar into the marketplace without letting it be quenched.

I hear many among us who, while they are here in the assembly and hear the Word, are struck with awe and make great resolves, but when they go out into the business of life, they become altered men. How will you prevent this? Not by grand strategies of leadership, but by a daily discipline of the soul. When you rise from prayer, do not plunge into the cares of your enterprise as if God were left behind. Take the Scriptures into your hands, call your household, and let the words of life shape your plans. Then, and only then, engage in the business of life. Let your boardroom be an extension of the liturgy, your decisions an offering to God.

Do not think that visible signs will steer you, as a finger pointing from heaven. The dove appeared once to John, but now faith suffices, for signs are not for believers. You need not a new revelation but a humble submission to the Word already given. You say you desire a heart committed to serving humanity, yet examine yourself: is this service for the sake of Christ, or for the sake of reputation? To receive a person for the Lord's sake is to honor Christ, whether it is a great one or a small. So in your healthcare work, see not clients but Christ. In your graduates, see not a workforce but souls for whom Christ died.

The God who walked upon the sea as on a pavement needs no partner in power; He permits us to serve Him not out of need but out of love. Therefore, let your leadership be a posture of prayer, not pride. Plan and labor, but cast the outcome upon Him. If He prospers your hand, give the glory to Him. If He delays or redirects, kiss the hand that wounds in mercy. For His plans are indeed for your good, but that good is finally to conform you to the image of His Son, who made Himself nothing, taking the form of a servant. Can you found a company on that pattern? So then, take your Bible, rise from your knees, and go into the world not as one grabbing for a global vision, but as one who already possesses the true light, ready to serve with fear and trembling.

It is no small thing when God plants a vision in your heart that stretches beyond personal ambition into the welfare of industries and nations. Scripture is filled with accounts of men and women who were given such visions, not for their own fame, but because they were called as servants to accomplish a purpose far larger than themselves. The grand sweep of Daniel’s visions covered empires and the unfolding of history, yet they came to a man who consistently saw himself as a servant of the Most High. So when you pray about combining healthcare leadership and entrepreneurship with integrity and a heart to serve humanity, you are stepping into that same ancient pattern: a servant entrusted with a mission that will outlast you.

The way we carry such a vision matters. Think of the unnamed chief servant of Abraham, sent to secure a bride for Isaac. He held no title in the narrative, though he ruled over everything Abraham owned. He went in full dependence on divine guidance, praying for a clear sign, moving with careful integrity, and refusing to rest until the work was done. He did not build his own name; he magnified his master. In the same way, your role as a founder and CEO is not a platform for self-promotion. It is a stewardship. The excellence, innovation, and service you long to embed in your ventures should flow from that same servant-hearted allegiance, pursuing the Master’s interests, not your own kingdom.

Such a calling can leave you feeling weak and inadequate. Daniel himself, after receiving the vision of the evening and morning, fainted and was sick for days. The weight of what he saw overwhelmed his natural strength. You may feel that same tension when you look at the scale of global healthcare challenges or the demands of leadership. That is not a sign that the vision is too big. It is a reminder that apart from the One who gave it, you can do nothing. He will sustain you. He will send messengers and understanding along the way, just as He did for Daniel.

Remember also that God’s purposes unfold over long stretches of time. Daniel was told to shut up the vision because it was for many days to come. There is a holy patience required when we carry a calling of this magnitude. You will need endurance. You will meet seasons where the progress seems hidden. But the work you do, however small it appears day by day, is being woven into a far larger tapestry. Do not despise quiet faithfulness. Do not think the vision has failed when the full impact is not immediate. The ram and the goat, the ten horns, the empires, all were moving on a divine timetable, and so is your labor.

One more thing: even a reluctant instrument, if yielded, becomes God’s servant. Nebuchadnezzar, of all people, is called God’s servant because the Lord ordained him for a season to accomplish His purposes among the nations. Yet how much more will the Lord move through a leader who willingly submits and prays, “Lead me with integrity, excellence, and a heart committed to serving humanity”? You are not a tool to be used; you are a child invited into partnership. The Branch from David’s root, the perfect Servant, modeled this entirely: He did not seek His own glory, He gave Himself for the life of the world, and He invites you to build in that same spirit.

So press on. When you sense the vision is too vast, recall that the Spirit who gave it will also bring it to pass in His way. When you are tempted to fear or to chase shortcuts, renew your surrender as a servant who reports to a higher Master. May your healthcare enterprises become wells of healing, your innovations a quiet testimony to wisdom from above, and your leadership a reflection of the One who chose you and will not cast you away. You are not grasping for a vision of your own making; you are answering a call. Go forward in that confidence.
