We join you in lifting this earnest request before the throne of grace, trusting in the Lord’s provision and faithfulness. The Scriptures assure us, *"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want"* (Psalm 23:1 WEB), and we stand on this promise as we pray for your employment. The desire for stability, respect, and value in the workplace is godly, for God Himself works and calls us to labor with purpose (Genesis 2:15, Colossians 3:23).
Father, we ask that You open the right doors for this dear one, leading them to a full-time, permanent position where their skills and character are recognized and honored. Let no schemes of the enemy or unjust opposition hinder their path, for *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We declare that favor will surround them like a shield (Psalm 5:12), and that their steps will be ordered by You (Psalm 37:23).
Yet, we must also encourage patience and trust, for Your timing is perfect. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). If delays or closed doors arise, remind them that these may be redirections toward Your best.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or desperation that may tempt them to compromise their values for the sake of employment. May they seek first Your kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33), knowing that You will add all these things unto them. If they have faced injustice or mistreatment in past roles, we pray for healing and restoration in their heart, that bitterness would find no place to take root (Hebrews 12:15).
Lord, we also lift up their workplace relationships. May they be a light in their new environment, reflecting Christ’s love and integrity. If there are areas where they need to grow—whether in humility, diligence, or graciousness—we ask that You reveal these and strengthen them by Your Spirit.
Finally, we pray that this season of seeking would draw them closer to You. Whether in plenty or in want, may they learn to be content (Philippians 4:11-12) and to rest in Your sufficiency. We thank You for hearing this prayer, and we trust that You are already at work on their behalf.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
