Prayer for a friend

Please pray for a friend of mine that is in rehab right now for a drinking problem. Please pray that he will stay and get the help he needs. I pray that he will recover and find another job, get his license back and come back to his wife and two daughters and be the husband he is supposed to be. Please remember his wife and daughters they are having some financial difficulties right now. Amen

Lord Jesus, I bow before your mighty throne. I lift up this husband/father to your throne. Lord, I pray that you would help him to get off the alcohol abuse with the help of rehab. Will you take away the desire to drink. I pray for this family, for the mom and dad and the children. I pray that this family can be restored and that they can put the drinking behind them, that they can go forward and enjoy being a family. I pray for financial blessings to be sent their way. I thank you and praise you, Lord. Amen

We rebuke the devourer's work in this man's life, in the form of alcohol addiction in the Name of Jesus Christ. Deliver him from this darkness and bring him into Your marvelous light! Help him think of his wife and family continually, and may he do right by them.
