We understand that you're seeking prayer for a situation where someone needs to set boundaries and express their feelings. We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### to You. We pray that You would grant her the courage and strength to set the necessary boundaries in her relationship with ###. Guide her by Your Holy Spirit, that she may communicate her disappointments and hurts in a way that honors You and brings resolution.
We pray that ### would be receptive to her feelings and that their relationship would be restored if it is Your will. Help them to forgive one another, as You have forgiven us through Christ. Remember Your word says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32 WEB)
If this relationship is not in accordance with Your will, we pray that You would give ### the strength to move forward, trusting in Your plan for her life. Help her to remember Your promise: “Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
Guide ### to godly counsel and support, that she may not feel alone in this journey. Surround her with people who will encourage her in the faith and hold her accountable to Your Word.
We ask this in the precious name of our Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
We encourage ### to stay strong in the faith and to seek God's will in all things. God promises to work all things for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28 WEB)
If ### has not clearly communicated her boundaries and feelings to ###, we encourage her to do so in a loving and respectful manner. Remember, "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother." (Matthew 18:15 WEB)
Lastly, we encourage ### to continually pray for ###, that God would work in his heart and draw him closer to Him.
