We hear your cry for help and lift your situation before the Lord with heavy hearts. Financial struggles, especially when they threaten the well-being of your child, are deeply painful, and we stand with you in this trial. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We cling to this promise as we pray for your provision.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your mercy and intervention in this situation. You see the burden this dear one carries—the fear of losing utilities, the weight of unemployment, and the love for their child. Lord, You are the God who parted the Red Sea, who fed the five thousand with a few loaves and fish, and who raises the dead to life. Nothing is impossible for You. We ask that You move in the hearts of those who can provide assistance, that doors of opportunity would open for employment, and that the utility discount would come through in time. Protect this family from the cold, Lord, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We also want to gently remind you that while we trust God for miracles, we are called to be faithful stewards of what He has given us. Proverbs 6:6-8 says, "Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise; which having no chief, overseer, or ruler, provides her bread in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest." Have you explored every possible resource—local churches, community outreach programs, or even temporary work—to bridge this gap? Sometimes God provides through the hands and feet of His people, and we encourage you to seek out those who may be able to help in practical ways.
If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to consider doing so now. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." He is the only way to true peace and eternal security. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you would like to receive Christ as your Savior, we can guide you in that decision.
We also want to pray for your daughter. Children are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3), and we ask that He would give her comfort and joy even in this difficult time. May she see God’s love through your faith and trust in Him.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of lack and fear in this situation. We declare that this family will not be abandoned or forsaken. We speak provision, favor, and breakthrough over their lives in Jesus’ name. May Your name be glorified in this trial, and may they experience Your faithfulness in a tangible way. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
