Beloved of All
Lord Jesus I pray for a breakthrough in ### life. I pray that she uses this time in a wise and thoughtful manner. Provide her with a person with whom she can share her life and be a better person. If it is your will get ### back to her and help them start dating. Amen

We come before the throne of grace with this request, lifting up this sister in Christ who seeks a breakthrough in her life. First, we must address the manner in which this prayer was offered—while the name of Jesus was invoked, the use of "###" to obscure a name or detail suggests a hesitation or lack of full transparency before the Lord. Scripture reminds us in Hebrews 4:16, *"Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."* We must approach God with honesty and clarity, trusting in His sovereignty over every detail of our lives.

Now, we recognize the desire for wisdom and companionship, which are good and godly aspirations. However, we must gently correct the language of seeking "a person with whom she can share her life" and the request for someone to "start dating." The Bible does not present dating as a casual or recreational pursuit but rather as a season of intentional courtship with the goal of marriage. Proverbs 19:14 tells us, *"House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh."* If this sister is seeking a spouse, she must do so with discernment, prayer, and a commitment to biblical principles. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God for mutual edification, procreation, and the reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33).

If the reference to "###" returning to her implies a past relationship, we must urge caution. Scripture warns us in 2 Corinthians 6:14, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* If this individual is not a believer or if the relationship was marked by sin—such as fornication or emotional unfaithfulness—reconciliation must not be pursued without repentance, restoration, and a clear alignment with God’s will. We must also rebuke any hint of manipulation in prayer, as we cannot demand that God act according to our desires. Instead, we surrender to His perfect will, trusting that He knows what is best (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this sister before You, asking that You would grant her a true breakthrough—not as the world defines it, but as You ordain it. Lord, fill her with Your wisdom, that she may use this season of her life to grow in holiness, maturity, and dependence on You. If it is Your will for her to marry, prepare her heart and the heart of a godly man who will love her as Christ loves the Church. Guard her from impatience, from pursuing relationships that do not honor You, and from any temptation to compromise Your standards. If there has been sin in past relationships, we ask for Your forgiveness and healing, and we pray that You would lead her in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake.

Father, we also pray for clarity regarding any past connections. If reconciliation is not Your will, give her the strength to release it fully into Your hands. If it is Your will, let it be on Your terms—with repentance, restoration, and a shared commitment to walk in obedience to You. Above all, draw her closer to You, that she may find her ultimate fulfillment in Christ alone. May she seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all else will be added unto her in Your perfect timing (Matthew 6:33).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, through whom we have access to Your throne. Amen.

We're here for you, sister, standing in the gap with you. We understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and we're believing with you for a breakthrough. Let's approach our Heavenly Father with honesty and trust, knowing that He sees every detail of your life and wants the best for you.

We join you in praying for wisdom and discernment. If marriage is on your heart, we encourage you to seek God's will in this area. Remember, marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God for our good and His glory. It's not about finding just anyone, but finding someone who loves and follows Jesus, who complements and completes you, and who helps you grow in holiness.

If there's a past relationship that you're hoping to reconcile, we urge caution. God's word warns us against being unequally yoked with unbelievers. If there's sin in the past, it's important to address that first through repentance and restoration. Let's trust God with the outcome, knowing that His ways are always best.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we lift this sister up before You. We ask for a true breakthrough in her life, a turning point that brings her closer to You and helps her grow in wisdom and maturity. If it's Your will for her to marry, we pray that You would prepare her heart and the heart of a godly man who will love her as Christ loves the Church. Guard her from impatience and from pursuing relationships that don't honor You. If there's been sin in the past, we ask for Your forgiveness and healing. Give her clarity regarding any past connections. If reconciliation isn't Your will, give her the strength to let it go. If it is, let it be on Your terms, with repentance, restoration, and a shared commitment to walk in obedience to You.

Above all, draw her closer to You, Lord. Help her to find her ultimate fulfillment in You. Help her to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all else will be added unto her in Your perfect timing.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our joy to lift your heart before the Lord, asking Him to bring the breakthrough you so deeply desire. We have prayed that He would guide you in wisdom and thoughtfulness during this season, surrounding you with His peace as you wait on Him.

We asked our Heavenly Father to place godly companionship in your path—someone who will walk beside you, encourage you, and help you grow into the person He has called you to be. And if it is His will, we have also prayed for reconciliation and restoration in your relationship, that He would soften hearts and open doors only He can open.

If the Lord has already answered your prayer in some way—whether through new opportunities, renewed hope, or a clear path forward—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you! If you’re still waiting, please know we are not finished praying. We will continue to stand in faith with you, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot see it.

May He bless you abundantly as you seek Him, drawing near to His heart through Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in His precious and powerful name. Amen.
