Prayer: Expectations

Dear Lord,

Thank You for my marriage. I pray my husband are able to clearly communicate through our expectations. I also pray our expectations do not become idols in our life. Help us to also be flexible. Help us to be confident in our relationship regardless of unmet expectations. When we hurt each other because of unmet expectations please help us to communicate how we feel without being rude. Bless our marriage in Jesus’ name AMEN!
