Prayer: Eating Healthy

Dear Lord,

Thank You for the food You have provided for us. We pray that we would have a strong understanding of how food helps our bodies. We pray we would avoid eating things that hurt our bodies or avoid food that makes it difficult for our bodies to do what they need to do. We pray we would choose to eat healthy and make wise choices with our food habits. We also pray we would be grateful and express our gratitude when we eat. Thank You for nourishing us! We pray we would be thoughtful of what we consume and how much. We also pray we would be generous to share what we have with others and show hospitality in Jesus’ name AMEN!

Stop eating junk food and start eating healthy food without chemicals or fertilizers that will ruin our health. I want to eat what Jesus eat and live like He lived. He never complained about any illness at all. He had lots of pain on His head because of the crown they put on Him.
