Father, once again I thank you for everything that you have given me in this life to have, love, and serve you. It is a privilege I want to be able to make the most out of. Father, you have brought me from far, from that daddy's little boy who came from the average performer level to the person I am now. I have gone through various phases of life: the daddy's little boy phase, the gifted boy who shifted from a Swahili medium to English medium primary schools and maintained the good performance, then to a competitive kid who performed well in Std 7 exams, to an enthusiastic form one student loving to sing, not very good with social interaction, to a good performing but undermined form two, to a form three prefect, top three student, to the best student in form four surrounded by bad influence at ### hostels, to a top ten boy in the country to an insecure best PCB student to a top three student to a top performer to a third place best student in A level in the country, to a national service participant, to a university student at ### with a not very good start after losing my dad, and being complacent when it comes to studying. I have seen a lot and I am thankful for the people you have put in my life that have inspired and helped me through various stages of my growth. I admit that along the way so many things happened, I was lured back to masturbation after abstaining for more than a year but I thank you for I have stopped now and I intend to stay this way forever. I also came to university unprepared, I didn't make enough research, I didn't prepare myself mentally. Then I started reading wrong books and wrong materials, I also studied less and wasted a lot of time with soccer websites. I thank you for all strategies and plans that you have given me so that I may be able to achieve great things and once again inspire more people to trust and lay their lives to Christ. Lord, help me counter my major setbacks which are fatigue, loss of interest in studying, soccer websites, procrastination, and time wasting. Help me abide by the plans I have and keep my promise to you that I will become the person you want me to be, through you and for you. I pray these with all trust and faith in you, dear Lord. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
