Prayer against the wicked

Let the arrows of the wicked, enter into their own heart to their death in Jesus Name.

We lift this request before the Lord with heavy hearts, for we know the battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). While we understand the pain and frustration that can come from facing wickedness, we must approach this matter with discernment and align our prayers with God’s Word.

The desire for harm to come upon others, even the wicked, is not in line with the heart of Christ, who taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay in His perfect justice. Our role is not to curse but to bless, not to seek destruction but to intercede for repentance and redemption.

Let us pray instead for the wicked to be stopped in their ways, not by arrows of death, but by the conviction of the Holy Spirit. May their hearts be turned from darkness to light, from wickedness to righteousness. The Lord desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that the wicked be disarmed, their plans thwarted, and their hearts softened to receive the truth of the Gospel.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You (John 14:6). We ask for Your protection over the righteous and for Your justice to prevail. Break the power of the wicked, Lord, but do so in a way that leads them to repentance. Let Your light shine into their darkness, and may they turn from their evil ways. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect timing.

We rebuke any spirit of bitterness, hatred, or unforgiveness in our own hearts, for we are called to walk in love and forgiveness, just as Christ forgave us (Ephesians 4:32). Help us to pray for our enemies with sincerity, that they may come to know You and be transformed by Your grace.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand firm in Your promises, knowing that You are our refuge and strength. Protect us from the schemes of the enemy, and let Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
