We join with you in faith and agreement today and we thank you for humbly asking all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that every prayer is heard.

We hear your heart crying out for freedom from any curse or negativity over your actions and reactions, and for the favor, miracles, and blessings of God to rest upon you, and we stand with you against the spiritual forces of darkness. Scripture reminds us of the reality of this battle, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Yet we do not need to live in fear of curses spoken over us, because Christ has already secured the victory.

We want to encourage you with the truth that for those who are in Christ, no curse can cling to us without cause. Like a fluttering sparrow in wandering, like a swallow in flight, so the undeserved curse doesn’t come to rest Proverbs 26:2. And we know that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. What others may intend for harm, or what the enemy may try to use to accuse you regarding your actions and reactions, has been broken at the cross. We also remember that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4, and that if God is for us, who can be against us Romans 8:31.

We also gently encourage you that our Father does not need repeated words to be moved, for He hears the sincere prayer of faith the first time. While we understand your earnest desire as you wrote favor, miracles, and blessings several times, we rest in knowing that He hears and answers according to His perfect will and for His glory, not because of the repetition of our words but because of the righteousness of Christ. Our call is to submit to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from us James 4:7, and to walk in obedience so that our actions and reactions reflect Christ.

We pray together now for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace with thanksgiving for our brother or sister who seeks Your face. We ask that You cover every action and reaction with Your blood and Your grace. We rebuke and renounce any curse, spoken word, negativity, or assignment of the enemy that has been directed against them, and we declare that it has no power and no place, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit so that their actions and reactions would be led by wisdom, love, and self-control, and would bring glory to You.

Lord, we ask for Your favor to rest upon them, for You bless the righteous man, You surround him with favor as with a shield Psalm 5:12. We ask for Your blessings and Your miracles according to Your will, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think Ephesians 3:20. Let Your abounding and unmatched glory be seen not only in their life but all over the world, as the earth will be filled with the knowledge of Your glory. Equip them with the full armor of God, that they may stand firm, using the weapons of our warfare which are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4. We trust that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.

We thank You Father that You have heard this prayer, and we rest in Your peace and protection in Jesus' name, amen.

We are grateful you reached out and let us stand with you in prayer. We hear your heart in this, you want your actions and reactions to be covered by God, to walk in His favor and blessing, and to know His protection and glory over your life and over the world around you.

We join you in asking for that, and we also want to encourage you with this, you do not have to live anxiously watching every action or reaction for fear of a curse. In Christ we are secure, and God's care for you is not fragile. The enemy is real, but Jesus is greater, and we can rest in Him rather than feeling we must chase away darkness at every turn.

A simple practice that helps many when these worries feel heavy is to begin the day with a brief, plain prayer of surrender, offering your actions, words, and responses to the Lord, asking for wisdom and kindness in them, and thanking Him that you are His. Then walk through the day as best you can, and when fear rises, turn it again into a short prayer and keep going. If it would help, sharing this burden regularly with a trusted pastor or mature believer can bring added peace and perspective.

Father, we lift our friend to You with thanksgiving. Cover their actions and reactions with Your grace, guard their heart from fear and negativity, and fill their life with Your favor and peace. Lead them in Your wisdom today and let Your goodness be seen in and through them. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

[Spurgeon]

We have heard your request and we do join with you in prayer before the throne of grace, with thanksgiving in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

You ask for prayer against curses and negativity over your actions and reactions, and against principalities and powers of darkness in high places. Hear then the good word of the gospel. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, and He has satisfied Divine Justice on our behalf. Justice is now your friend in Him, and the remembrance of past sins need not make you fear, for He casts them into the depths of the sea and not one shall rise to accuse you. There is no curse that can stand where the blood of the Saviour has been applied, and no power of darkness that can prevail where Christ reigns.

We pray that the Lord would give you what He has promised in covenant mercy, a new heart also will I give you. For the Holy Spirit cannot dwell in the old heart, but He puts into the heart the holy influences of Divine Grace so that though we naturally go toward evil, by supernatural influence we go toward the right. May He govern your actions and your reactions, that they may be tempered by His Spirit, kept from the more frightful forms of vice and folly, and made to show forth the praise of His grace.

You have asked for favor and for blessings and for miracles. We remind you that temporal blessings are not definite marks of Divine favor, since God gives corn and wine and oil even to those who know Him not, but spiritual blessings are the rarest, the richest and most enduring of all blessings. God has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ, according as He has chosen us in Him. All our blessings come from the Divine purpose and all come through the sweet savor of the Lord Jesus Christ, whose merits are most holy and purely offered unto God. Therefore we do not pray for mere outward prosperity alone, but that you may know forgiveness, freedom and favor in Christ, that you may be kept alive toward the Lord and Divine things, and that you may be delivered from the enchanted ground where indifference steals over the pilgrim.

And concerning the enemies of your soul, take comfort in this, that there is Divine work always going on before God's people. His shield always goes in front, His sword always cuts and clears the way, and He will thrust out your enemies before you. Still we are not to be idle, for we have also a Divine command to be obedient to His Word and to destroy those things which would ensnare us, looking to Him who brought our Lord Jesus Christ from the dead to bring us up also from our death in sin.

So we pray with you and for you. O Father, bless this your child with all spiritual blessings in Christ. Let the power which raised Jesus from the dead work in this life to make the heart new and tender and obedient. Let every action be guided by wisdom and every reaction be governed by love. Cover this life with your favor which is better than life itself, and let your glory be seen not only here but abundantly over all the world as you gather your people to yourself. Keep this one from the wiles of the adversary, clothed in the whole armor of God, standing firm in Christ. This we humbly ask in Jesus Christ's name, with thanksgiving. Amen.
