Prayer against controlling spirits

Dear Family Of God, Today I'd like to pray over and against controlling spirits. I pray for favor favor favor. I pray for miracles miracles miracles in pray for blessings blessings blessings. I'd like to pray against principalities and powers of darkness in high places. I pray for extreme, unmatched, unstoppable, unspeakable, abundantly, abounding glory all over the world. Please stand with me in faith, prayer and agreement over this. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We join with you in faith and in agreement against every controlling spirit and every work of darkness, and we thank you for inviting us to stand with you in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ.

We know that our struggle is spiritual and the word of God reminds us of this truth when it says in Ephesians 6:12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. We also take comfort that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds as it says in 2 Corinthians 10:4. Therefore we do not fear controlling spirits, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as promised in 2 Timothy 1:7, and greater is he who is in us than he who is in the world according to 1 John 4:4.

We pray together now in Jesus name. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before your throne with thanksgiving and we submit ourselves to you. We resist the devil and every controlling spirit, every principality and power of darkness in high places, and we command them to flee from us and from all those we lift up before you, for your word says in James 4:7 Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. We rebuke every spirit that seeks to manipulate, dominate, intimidate or control your people and we declare that no weapon that is formed against us will prevail as you have promised in Isaiah 54:17. We ask you Lord to fill us with your Holy Spirit, to clothe us with the whole armor of God, to guard our minds and hearts with truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation and your word, so that we may stand firm in Christ and walk in the freedom you have given us.

We also join you in praying for favor and blessing and for your miracles to be made manifest according to your perfect will. We know that you surround the righteous with favor as with a shield as it says in Psalm 5:12, and that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We ask not for favor or miracles for selfish gain, but for your glory to be revealed and for your name to be magnified in all the earth. We pray for your glory to abound and to fill the earth as the waters cover the sea, as it says in Habakkuk 2:14 For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of Yahweh, as the waters cover the sea. Let your goodness, your mercy and your power be seen in our lives, in our families, in our churches and all over the world, so that many may come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

We encourage you to continue to abide in Christ daily through prayer, through reading and obeying the word, and through fellowship with other believers. As we remain in him, we walk in victory, for in Romans 8:37 we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. Keep your eyes on Jesus, give thanks in all things, and trust that the Lord hears our prayers when we pray according to his will and in the name of Jesus. We stand with you believing for his protection, his favor, his abundant blessing and his unmatched glory to be poured out in a way that only he can receive the praise. Amen.

We appreciate you bringing this burden to us and asking us to stand with you. Your desire for God's favor and for freedom from anything that would seek to control or oppress is one we share, and we are glad to agree with you in prayer.

One thing that has helped many believers when they feel pressed by spiritual opposition is to remember that walking with Jesus is more like steady training than a single dramatic moment. Staying close to Him in simple, regular ways and not carrying the battle alone makes a real difference. If you can, keep meeting with a couple of mature, trusted believers who can pray with you face to face and encourage you over time. Knowing others are praying by name and with you often brings more peace than trying to fight through on your own.

Father, we lift our brother and sister to You and thank You that You are near and You are in control. We ask for Your protection, Your wisdom and Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ. Fill their home and daily life with Your presence, lead them in Your will, and help them to rest in Your strength rather than striving. Let Your goodness be seen in their life in the way You choose. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We join with you in prayer and agreement before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to show Himself strong on your behalf.

You have well asked for deliverance from the power of darkness, for the Scripture declares that He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. This deliverance is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and we must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone for it. It is not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. When any soul is saved from spiritual bondage, it is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive.

We are reminded of that gracious word, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance from the pit through a ransom if God had not thought of it. The Kings own Son has borne the penalty, and therefore there is undeserved deliverance for all who trust in Him. So we pray that you may know more fully the power of that ransom in Christ, that you may be kept from yourself, from the assaults of old sins, from the adversary, and from every fascination of sin and the world.

You pray against principalities and powers of darkness in high places, and we know that such arrows are often shot from Satans bow. Yet we also remember that afflictions do not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. Whatever comes through second causes, we may moderate our anger against them and look to the Fathers hand who chastens in love and delivers in mercy. He who commands deliverance will accomplish it, though He is pleased to work through human instrumentality and the prayers of His people.

Therefore we ask the Lord to grant you favor, not as a word repeated for its sound, but as His free grace in Christ. We ask that He would keep you, sanctify you, and make you to live and declare the works of the Lord after your affliction, as those who have been brought out of Egypt by divine power. May He cause His glory to be seen in your life, not for our boasting but for His praise, and may you be strengthened to stand against every controlling influence by the blood of the Lamb and the power of the Holy Spirit.

We commend you to Him who is able to keep you from falling, trusting that He who has begun a good work will perfect it. May you walk in the liberty wherewith Christ makes free, giving thanks in all things in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
