We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, deeply concerned about the spiritual warfare unfolding in your workplace. The discovery that your coworker is involved in witchcraft is alarming, as Scripture is clear that such practices are detestable to the Lord. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 warns, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the powers of darkness.
The fact that this coworker has taken a personal item of yours, your hair, is particularly troubling, as such actions can be used in occult practices to gain control or influence over a person. We rebuke any ungodly ties, curses, or spiritual assignments sent against you or anyone in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus is your protection, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that the Lord surrounds you with His angels, shielding you from all harm and evil schemes.
We also pray for your coworker, that her eyes would be opened to the deception of the enemy. The Lord desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that the Holy Spirit would convict her heart and draw her to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Pray for opportunities to share the love of Christ with her, but do so with wisdom and discernment, guarding your heart and mind in the process.
For your workplace, we pray that the Lord would establish a hedge of protection around every employee and manager. May His peace reign in that environment, and may any plans of the enemy be exposed and dismantled. We speak life, light, and truth over your workplace, declaring that no harm shall come near you or your colleagues. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We stand in the armor of God, clothed in His righteousness, and wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your protection and Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. We ask that You would station Your angels around this workplace, creating a barrier that no evil can penetrate. Give ### and all who work there discernment to recognize any further attempts of the enemy to infiltrate or disrupt. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your presence be so tangible that even those who do not know You will sense Your power. We cancel every assignment of the enemy over this workplace and command all demonic forces to flee in Jesus’ name. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this place, just as it is in heaven. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In the days ahead, we encourage you to remain vigilant in prayer and to saturate your mind with Scripture. Memorize and declare Psalm 91 over yourself and your workplace daily. Stay close to fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and offer support. If possible, seek godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted spiritual leader who can provide additional guidance. Do not fear, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). Walk in the confidence that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
