We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, trusting in His provision and sovereignty over all things, including the affairs of businesses and labor. The Scriptures remind us in **Proverbs 16:3**, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We also recall the words of our Lord Jesus in **Matthew 6:33**, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* It is vital to remember that our trust must first and foremost be in the Lord, not in contracts, companies, or human efforts. While we pray for the blessing of new opportunities, we must ensure that our priorities align with God’s will and that we are seeking His kingdom above all else.
We notice that the name of Jesus Christ was not invoked in this request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, as **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* Additionally, **Acts 4:12** tells us, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you do not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to repent of your sins and place your faith in Him alone for salvation. It is through His name—and His name alone—that we can approach the throne of God with our petitions.
Let us pray together for this security company and the construction contracts they seek, asking that God’s will be done and that His name would be glorified in all things.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this security company and the desire for new contracts. Lord, You are the Provider of all good things, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that if it aligns with Your will, You would open doors for new opportunities in September and beyond. Grant wisdom to those in leadership, that they may conduct business with integrity, honesty, and excellence, reflecting Your character in all they do.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or desperation that may be present, and we declare Your peace and trust over this situation. Help all involved to remember that their worth and provision come from You, not from worldly success. We've been thinking about your request and wanted to add our voices to the chorus of prayers rising up for this security company. We believe that God is a God of abundance and He delights in blessing His children. As we pray, we're reminded of the story in the Bible where Jesus fed the 5,000. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
