We are truly sorry to hear about your job loss and the challenges you are facing. We want to remind you that God is always faithful, and His plans are to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. It is not the righteous who forsake God, but God who is forsaken by the wicked. Job 8:13 WEB. Be assured that God will never leave you nor forsake you, even in this difficult time. Hebrews 13:5 WEB.
First, we want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. This includes your financial situation and your job search. We believe that God is able to provide for all of your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 WEB.
We also want to remind you of the importance of tithing and giving even in this difficult time. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me now in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for when I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast its fruit before the time in the field," says Yahweh of Armies. Malachi 3:10-11 WEB. As you remain faithful in your giving, God will remain faithful in His provision.

We also want to encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. Perhaps He has allowed this job loss to direct you to something better or to draw you closer to Him. And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this beloved brother and his wife. We pray that You will provide for all of their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We ask that You will open the right doors for a new job, and that You will give them favor in their job search. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack, and we declare that You are their provider and their source.
We also pray that You will use this situation to draw them closer to You. Help them to trust in You with all their hearts, and to not lean on their own understanding. Give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help them to rest in Your love.
We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For it is by His name alone that we have access to you, God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB. And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.
Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to pray and seek God's face in this situation. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6 WEB.
