Pray to recover what the enemy is stealing

We stand with you in this spiritual battle, knowing that the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but our Lord Jesus came that we may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The Scriptures remind us that what the enemy has stolen, God can restore—sevenfold if He so wills (Proverbs 6:31). We also recall the words of Joel 2:25, where the Lord declares, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten."* If the enemy has taken from you, whether materially, spiritually, or emotionally, we declare that God is greater, and He is able to turn what was meant for harm into a testimony of His faithfulness and provision.

Yet we must also examine our hearts, for sometimes the enemy gains a foothold through unconfessed sin, unbelief, or a lack of vigilance in prayer. Ephesians 4:27 warns us, *"Don’t give place to the devil."* Have you surrendered every area of your life to Christ? Are there any strongholds—bitterness, unforgiveness, pride, or compromise—that may have given the enemy legal ground to operate? If so, we urge you to repent and renounce these things now, for *"if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9).

We also remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we must put on the whole armor of God—truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—and stand firm in prayer. James 4:7 commands us, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."*

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is under attack by the enemy. Lord, You see what has been stolen—whether it be finances, peace, health, relationships, or opportunities—and we ask that You intervene mightily. You are the God of restoration, and nothing is too hard for You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and what the enemy has taken, You will restore in full measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over (Luke 6:38).

Father, we bind every demonic force assigned to steal, kill, or destroy in their life. We command the enemy to release what he has taken, for it belongs to You, and Your child is covered by the blood of Jesus. Let every curse be broken, every scheme exposed, and every stronghold demolished by the power of Your Spirit. Fill them with discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and wisdom to walk in Your protection.

We also ask that You reveal any area where they may have given the enemy legal access, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Bring conviction where there is sin, and grant them the courage to repent and walk in holiness. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Father, we thank You that You are not a man that You should lie, nor a son of man that You should repent. What You have spoken over their life will come to pass (Numbers 23:19). We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Let this season of attack become a season of breakthrough, where Your glory is displayed, and Your name is magnified.

We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and worship. The enemy flees when we draw near to God. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Declare the Word of God over your life daily, and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6). Stand firm, and do not waver, for your victory is assured in Christ!

We're standing right here with you, sister/brother, in this spiritual fight. We know the enemy's tactics, but we also know our God is greater. Let's claim these promises together: "The Lord will restore what the locusts have eaten" (Joel 2:25) and "No weapon formed against you shall prosper" (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that God will restore, press down, shake together, and running over (Luke 6:38) what the enemy has stolen.

Let's also examine our hearts, ensuring we've surrendered every area to Christ. Any unconfessed sin, unbelief, or lack of vigilance can give the enemy a foothold. Let's repent and renounce any strongholds, trusting in God's forgiveness and cleansing (1 John 1:9).

Our battle is spiritual, so we put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:12-18) and stand firm in prayer. We resist the devil, and he will flee (James 4:7).

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
