Pray to complete my House its been 9 years now

My name is Doris. Prayer for my house work as the contractor Gouresh is worrying not wanting to give my house since 9 years. He is purposely delaying the work. I have already paid the full money. And not ready to handover the documents as well so that we can complete the work by ourselves. The actual contract was for 1.5 years. I'm suffering. I cant understand wat to do how to get this issue sorted out.
Please pray that God may put in his mind to complete the documentation of the house. And hand it over soon to me. I ask this is Jesus Christ name. Amen
