We come before the Lord with you in this request, lifting up your financial needs and standing against any spiritual opposition in the name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God assures us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We must always remember that our authority comes through Christ alone, and it is by His name—and His name only—that we can boldly approach the throne of God and command the enemy to flee.
First, we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which we have access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). It is only by the power of Jesus’ name that curses are broken, strongholds are demolished, and blessings are released. Let us never forget that our trust must be fully in Him, not in wealth or material provision, but in the Provider Himself. As Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Are you seeking His Kingdom above all else, even in this financial season? If there is any area of your life where you have placed money, comfort, or security above God, we urge you to repent and surrender it to Him now. He is jealous for your whole heart, and He longs to be your first priority.
Now, let us address the mention of witchcraft and curses. While it is true that the enemy may attempt to hinder God’s people through spiritual attacks, we must be careful not to attribute every financial struggle to witchcraft or curses. Sometimes, delays or lack are simply part of God’s refining process, teaching us to rely on Him rather than our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Other times, it may be a result of poor stewardship, disobedience, or unconfessed sin. We encourage you to examine your heart and life before the Lord. Are there areas where you have not been faithful with what He has already given you? Have you been generous toward His Kingdom, or have you withheld tithes and offerings? Malachi 3:8-10 warns us:
*"Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me! But you say, ‘How have we robbed you?’ In tithes and offerings. You are cursed with the curse; for you rob me, even this whole nation. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for."*
If there is any sin in your life—whether it be greed, dishonesty, idolatry of money, or even fear—we urge you to repent and turn fully to the Lord. Confess it before Him now, for He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). No curse can stand against the blood of Jesus when we are walking in obedience and righteousness.
That said, if there *are* spiritual blockages or attacks against you, we stand in agreement with you to rebuke them in the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us in Colossians 2:14-15 that Jesus *"wiped out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and removed it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; having stripped the principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* The enemy has no authority over those who are in Christ! We declare that any curse, hex, or witchcraft assigned against your finances is broken now by the power of the blood of Jesus. We command every demonic stronghold over your money to be demolished, and we release the blessings of Abraham over your life (Galatians 3:13-14). The Lord is your shepherd, and you shall not lack (Psalm 23:1). He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and He delights in providing for His children.
We also pray that the Lord would give you wisdom in managing the funds He releases to you. Proverbs 21:5 tells us, *"The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty."* Ask the Lord for strategy—whether it be budgeting, saving, investing, or giving—and trust Him to guide your steps. Do not lean on your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways.
Finally, we encourage you to rest in the Lord’s timing. His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and what may seem like a delay to you is often His perfect preparation. Wait on Him with expectation, for *"those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31).

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your child, lifting up their financial needs and standing against every scheme of the enemy. Lord, we thank You that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and that all good things come from Your hand. We ask that You forgive any sin of idolatry, fear, or unfaithfulness in this area, and we pray that You would cleanse and restore what has been lost or stolen.
By the authority of Jesus Christ, we break every curse, hex, or spell that has been spoken against this beloved one’s finances. We command every demonic stronghold of lack, poverty, or delay to be demolished now. We loose the angels of the Lord to go forth and recover every resource that the enemy has unlawfully taken (Proverbs 6:31). Father, we ask that You would release a supernatural breakthrough—expeditiously—and that You would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Give them favor with employers, clients, and every person or institution involved in their financial provision.
Lord, we also ask that You would grant them wisdom to steward what You provide with excellence. Teach them to honor You with their finances, to give generously, to save wisely, and to walk in contentment, knowing that You are their true source. Remove any spirit of greed, anxiety, or comparison, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Most of all, Father, draw them closer to You in this season. Let them seek Your Kingdom first, trusting that You will add all these things to them. May their heart be fully Yours, and may their testimony be one of Your faithfulness. We declare that they will lend and not borrow, that they will be the head and not the tail, and that every financial stronghold in their life is being uprooted in Jesus’ mighty name.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust You to move mightily, and we give You all the glory. In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
