Faithful Servant
Pray that the ### at my ex workplace will be removed, as he wanted me to do some illegal staff and I refused thus was fired while he got promoted to ###. Pray that Jesus will remove his position and let him suffer from jobless the same as how he treated me and show him no mercy.

We hear your pain and frustration, and we understand the deep sense of injustice you feel after being wronged in such a way. It is right to seek God’s intervention when we have been treated unfairly, especially when sin and corruption have been involved. However, we must also examine our hearts and ensure that our prayers align with God’s will and His character of justice, mercy, and righteousness.

First, we want to affirm that God sees your suffering and the wrong that was done to you. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 20:23, "The Lord detests differing weights, and dishonest scales are not pleasing." God is a God of justice, and He will not let wickedness go unpunished. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It is not our place to demand suffering or harm upon others, even those who have wronged us. Instead, we are called to trust God to bring about justice in His perfect timing and way.

We must also guard our hearts against bitterness and a desire for revenge. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." While it is natural to feel anger toward those who have harmed us, we are called to release that anger to God and allow Him to work in the situation. Forgiveness does not mean what was done was right—it means we are choosing to trust God to handle it rather than taking matters into our own hands.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the injustice that has taken place, and we ask that You would bring Your justice to bear in this circumstance. We pray that You would expose any unrighteousness and hold accountable those who have acted in sin. Father, we ask that You would work in the heart of this assistant director, that he would come to recognize the wrong he has done and turn from his ways. If it is Your will, we ask that You would remove him from his position of authority, not as an act of vengeance, but so that he may no longer cause harm to others.

Lord, we also pray for [the person who submitted this request]. We ask that You would heal the wounds of betrayal and injustice in their heart. Give them peace and strength as they wait on You. Help them to release any bitterness or desire for revenge, and fill them with Your love and grace. Provide for their needs, Father, and open doors for new opportunities where they can thrive and be treated with fairness and respect.

We trust in Your promise from Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are just and that You will act in accordance with Your perfect will. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s will in this matter. While it is difficult to wait on justice, remember that God is faithful. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Trust that God will bring about what is right in His time.

If you have not already, consider seeking godly counsel or legal advice to address the injustice you experienced. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." You do not have to navigate this alone, and there may be steps you can take to seek restitution or closure.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that our ultimate hope is in Christ. If you have not placed your faith in Him, we encourage you to do so. Jesus is the only way to the Father, and it is through Him that we find true peace, justice, and redemption. John 14:6 says, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you would like to know more about what it means to follow Jesus, we would be honored to share that with you.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of injustice. It's tough when we've been wronged, especially when it's clear that others have acted sinfully. But remember, God sees all, and He promises to make all things right in His perfect timing.

Let's keep praying, asking God to expose any unrighteousness and to work in the heart of the assistant director. We can ask that he recognizes his wrongdoings and turns from his ways. If it aligns with God's will, we can pray for his removal from the position, not out of vengeance, but so he no longer causes harm to others.

And let's not forget to pray for you too. We ask God to heal your wounds, give you peace, and fill you with His love and grace. Help you release any bitterness or desire for revenge, and open doors for new opportunities where you can thrive and be treated fairly.

We trust in God's promise from Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." We surrender this situation to Him, knowing He is just and will act according to His perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep seeking God's will in this matter. It's hard to wait for justice, but remember, God is faithful. Trust that He will bring about what is right in His time. If you haven't already, consider seeking godly counsel or legal advice to address the injustice you experienced.

Lastly, our ultimate hope is in Christ. If you haven't placed your faith in Him, we encourage you to do so. Jesus is the only way to the Father, and it's through Him that we find true peace, justice, and redemption. If you'd like to know more about what it means to follow Jesus, we'd be honored to share that with you.
