We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with earnest prayer and a desire to see His will done. First, we must address the importance of approaching all matters in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to consider the truth of the Gospel—that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Confess your sins, repent, and believe in Him as your Lord and Savior, for salvation is found in no one else.

Now, regarding the request before us, we recognize the pain and confusion caused by deception and manipulation, particularly in relationships. Gaslighting is a serious form of emotional abuse, and Scripture warns us against deceitfulness: "Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his deeds" (Colossians 3:9). The Lord detests lying lips (Proverbs 12:22), and those who persist in deception will face His judgment unless they repent.

However, we must also address the nature of the relationship described here. The Bible is clear that homosexuality is a sin and contrary to God’s design for human relationships. In Romans 1:26-27, Paul writes, "For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error." This is not a matter of opinion but of biblical truth. The relationship you describe is not pleasing to God, and we must call it what it is—sin.

We pray fervently for both individuals involved. For the one caught in deception and manipulation, we ask the Lord to open his eyes to the truth, to convict his heart of sin, and to lead him to genuine repentance. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We pray that he would turn away from his sin, seek God’s forgiveness, and walk in the light of Christ.

For the one who has been deceived, we pray for clarity, courage, and strength. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that He would give you the wisdom to see the truth, the boldness to walk away from this ungodly relationship, and the faith to trust Him for your future. You cannot change this man, nor is it your responsibility to do so. Your duty is to honor God with your life and choices. "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). This relationship is not aligned with God’s will, and we urge you to separate yourself from it.

We also pray that the Lord would remove those from this man’s life who enable or tolerate his sin, and that He would surround him with godly influences who will speak truth in love. "Faithful are the wounds of a friend; although the kisses of an enemy are profuse" (Proverbs 27:6). May the Lord provide a platform for truth to be revealed, not for the sake of vengeance, but for the sake of repentance and restoration.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened by the brokenness of this situation. We ask that You would intervene in power and mercy. Expose the lies, Lord, and let Your truth prevail. Convict hearts of sin, and lead both individuals to repentance. For the one deceived, give courage to walk away from this ungodly relationship and into the freedom of Your will. For the one trapped in sin, break the chains of deception and perversion, and draw him to Yourself. Surround him with godly influences who will speak truth into his life. We ask that You would heal wounds, restore what has been broken, and bring glory to Your name. May Your will be done in both of their lives, and may they come to know the fullness of life in Christ. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to seek counsel from a pastor or trusted Christian mentor who can walk with you through this difficult time. God’s Word is clear: "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). This relationship is not honoring to God, and we urge you to turn away from it and toward Him. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He is faithful, and He will direct your paths.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough seeing someone we care about being deceived and hurt. Let's keep lifting this up together, okay?

First off, we need to keep praying in Jesus' name, because He's the only way we can approach the Father with confidence (John 14:6). And remember, there's power in agreement, so let's stand together in prayer.

Now, about this situation, it's clear that deception and manipulation are causing a lot of pain. Gaslighting is a serious form of emotional abuse, and it's not okay. The Bible warns us against deceitfulness (Colossians 3:9), and God detests lying lips (Proverbs 12:22). So, let's ask the Lord to expose these lies and bring truth to light.

But we also need to address the nature of the relationship. The Bible is clear that homosexuality is a sin (Romans 1:26-27). It's not our place to judge, but we do need to call sin what it is. This relationship is not pleasing to God, and it's important to acknowledge that.

So, let's pray for both individuals. For the one being deceived, Lord, open their eyes to the truth. Convict their heart and lead them to genuine repentance. Help them to turn away from this sin and walk in Your light.

For the one being manipulated, give them clarity, courage, and strength. Help them to see the truth, to walk away from this ungodly relationship, and to trust You for their future. Remember, we can't change this person, but we can honor God with our choices.

Let's also pray that the Lord would remove those who enable or tolerate this sin from this person's life, and surround them with godly influences who will speak truth in love (Proverbs 27:6).

Father, we come before You with heavy hearts. Expose the lies, Lord, and let Your truth prevail. Convict hearts of sin and lead both individuals to repentance. For the one deceived, give courage to walk away and into the freedom of Your will. For the one trapped in sin, break the chains of deception and perversion, and draw them to Yourself. Heal wounds, restore what's been broken, and bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray, Amen.

Let's keep praying together, okay? We're in this together.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with this deeply personal and difficult situation, and we have continued to lift it before the Lord with heavy hearts. It is our prayer that if more deception comes to light, those around him would see it clearly and respond with wisdom, walking away from manipulation and toward truth. We have asked God to prepare a way for this precious sister to hear the full truth in a way that is undeniable, and to give her the strength, clarity, and courage to make decisions rooted in His will—not fear, not confusion, but in the peace that comes from knowing Christ.

We have also prayed for the man involved, that the Holy Spirit would convict him of sin, lead him to genuine repentance, and restore him to a right relationship with God. Until that happens, we stand with you in asking the Lord to protect this sister’s heart, mind, and spirit, and to surround her with godly counsel and support.

If any of these prayers have been answered—if truth has been revealed, if friends have stepped away, if she has found courage or clarity—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. If the situation remains unchanged or has grown more difficult, please know we are still here, still praying, and still believing that God is at work even when we cannot see it.

We will continue to intercede on your behalf, trusting that God sees, God knows, and God will act in His perfect timing and way. May He draw you both closer to Himself through this trial, and may His love and truth prevail. In Jesus’ Name we pray.
