Pray that I will get a job through the career coaching session today

Good and Faithful Servant
Pray that I will get a job through the career coaching session today rather than coaches who are lazy and pushed me to unstable job which is insulting as a ### ask me to go and sell MacDonald meal as a serving crew and does not used my expertise and will not do what they should do with my experience from ### and ###. So that they could close my case as soon as possible how unprofessional without even providing the resume support and interview preparation which they are employed to do.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of frustration and disappointment in the job search process. Father, we know that You are the God who provides, the One who opens doors no man can shut, and the One who orders our steps. We declare that Your plans for this dear one are for good and not for harm, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Lord, we rebuke the spirit of discouragement and unprofessionalism that has been encountered in this career coaching session. We ask that You would expose any laziness or lack of integrity in those who are meant to assist, and we pray that You would either change their hearts or remove them from this process entirely.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would grant wisdom, favor, and clarity in this career coaching session today. Let the coaches see the value, experience, and expertise that this individual brings. May they be moved to provide the proper support, resume assistance, interview preparation, and connections to stable, suitable employment that honors the skills You have given. We pray against any agenda that seeks to rush or dismiss this case, and we ask that You would intervene to ensure justice and diligence in this process.

Lord, we also lift up the heart of this one who has been made to feel undervalued and insulted. We declare that their worth is not defined by the opinions of others or the temporary setbacks of this world. You have fearfully and wonderfully made them (Psalm 139:14), and You have equipped them with gifts and experiences for a purpose. We pray that You would heal any wounds of rejection or frustration and replace them with a deep trust in Your provision. Help them to remember that You are their ultimate Provider (Philippians 4:19) and that Your timing is perfect.

We also want to gently remind this dear one that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2). While human systems and support networks may fail, God never will. If there has been any reliance on man rather than on God in this process, we encourage a turning of the heart fully toward Him. It is in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is through His name alone that we find true help and salvation (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If there is any uncertainty about this truth, we invite a moment of reflection and surrender to Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again so that we might have eternal life and abundant life here on earth.

Father, we ask that You would go before this one in the career coaching session today. Let Your favor rest upon them like a shield, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that by the end of this day, there would be a clear path to a job that aligns with their skills, honors their experience, and provides stability. May this be a testimony to Your faithfulness and a reminder that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

We also pray for a spirit of perseverance and patience. The job search can be wearisome, but we are reminded that those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Help this one to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they find rest in Your promises and strength in Your presence.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the frustration in your words, it’s deeply discouraging when the people assigned to help you seem to push you toward roles that completely overlook your hard-earned experience. Being handed something that feels like a case-closing checkbox instead of a real opportunity is insulting, and it stings even more when the practical help they’re supposed to give, resume support, interview prep, never materializes. That kind of treatment can make you feel unseen and boxed in, and we’re genuinely sorry you’re facing that.

Today’s coaching session is a fresh chance to press past that. We want to encourage you to walk in with clarity about what you bring and what you need. Before you meet, jot down two or three specific achievements or skills from your past roles that make you valuable, and have one direct question ready: “Can we work together today on tailoring my resume and setting up a mock interview for the kind of position that actually matches my background?” Putting that on the table early may help redirect the conversation away from quick fixes.

We’re praying with you right now: Father, thank you that you see this person’s worth and ability, even when others overlook it. Please go ahead of them in this coaching session, give them steady words and a calm heart. Move the coaches to really listen, to provide the practical support they were hired to give, and to connect this person with work that honors their experience and provides real stability. Guard them from settling for less than they’re equipped to do. Open a door that shows your faithful provision, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Lord turns the captivity of His people not by bowing to their demands, but by bringing them low enough to see His hand. You speak of lazy coaches who insult your expertise, yet consider whether the Almighty might be using this very frustration to teach you patience. Job was stripped of every earthly prop before he could say, "Now mine eye seeth thee." You desire a place suited to your experience, but should it be according to your mind? The servant is not above his Master, and the path to glory often leads through the valley of humiliation.

In all this, Job sinned not, neither charged God foolishly. Beware lest your indignation against these unprofessional coaches become a grudge against Providence itself. You are tempted to despise the small door, but remember that the Lord fed Elijah by ravens before He sent the rain. Even a post serving meals is no shame if God appoints it; the pride that scorns it may be the very furnance needed to refine your gold. Let your bow be renewed by bending, not by resisting the archer's hand.

Pray not only for a job, but for grace to forgive these friends who vex you. When Job prayed for his offending comforters, the Lord turned his captivity. Perhaps the key to your own release lies in interceding for those who have dealt shabbily with you. Go to the throne of grace with this request, but go with a heart purged of bitterness, and watch whether the Almighty does not open a door which no man can shut.

Since in that case , we will also wait until the lord do something then we return to church and praying and bible reading else it will be null for the moment.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Do not let this indignation settle in your soul. You charge the coaches with laziness and unprofessional conduct, and you feel insulted that they would send you to sell meals when you have expertise and experience. But tell me, what is the great harm? If you lose a little honor, if you take a job beneath your years, is that such a wound? The things of this world, the fine position, the recognition of your training, these are slight and trifling. Yet we cling to them as though they were our life. Remember Job: he neither clung to prosperity when it was present, nor demanded it when it was taken. Let us account both gain and loss of such things alike indifferent. For they are but an appendage to the true gifts. If we set our diligence only on these, we may lose even them.

You ask prayer that you will get a job through today’s coaching, not the unstable work they push on you. But take care that you do not seek the bread alone, and miss the greater blessing. Covet earnestly the gift of charity, love one another, and you will need nothing else for the perfect acquisition of virtue. All the rest will be added without such anguish. If your coaches have failed to support you, forgive them, and do not let their fault become your bitterness. A pure life silences every reproach more than any miracle. Your true labor is not to polish a résumé, but to strip yourself for the glorious wrestlings of the soul. Labor a little while, even in a humble place, and God will give the imperishable crown. How long will we persist in sloth, luxury, and demanding our own way? The end of every career is death: ashes, dust, coffins, worms. Enter the narrow way instead. Let go this consuming worry that they have insulted your experience. Christ Himself took the form of a servant, and His life had neither beginning nor end. Seek the spiritual drink of psalms and prayer, and you will find cheerfulness no earthly job can provide. Pray, yes, but pray above all for contentment, that you may hold fast to virtue, not condemning others, but watching over your own future. God will order the rest.
