Dear Fellow Prayer Warriors and Believers.

My Late Parents House Goes to Auction Tomorrow Saturday the 14th of March.

Pray for a Mighty Success in the Auction THIS SATURDAY for my late parents home in Priscilla Close Wheelers Hill. May the Lord bring the richest people from all over Australia and the world to this Auction and may the bidding raise the final price we receive well above even the best expectations of the buyers or the agents to their surprise. So that my share will be enough to purchase my new home in Queensland.

Market Expectations and the agents' advice on reserve prices have not been promising, I don't know the real reason, maybe it's the war, maybe it's expected higher interest rates, maybe it's the economy whatever it may be, it might not seem to be the right time to sell a property but with my siblings and the trustees in charge that won't listen to me I don't have much of a say in it. However, as a believer, I live not by sight but by faith, Pray that despite the negative signs and words going on about, the turnout at the auction day will be more than expected. And that God will seize the hearts of the buyers with such an emotion of desire to purchase the property that they will cast all boundaries aside and furiously bid against each other driving the Price well above that which is currently expected! ALSO PRAY AGAINST THE ENEMY INTERFERING in the sale of my parents home and trying to cut down the final amount I receive.

May the Lord send his angels to block the Enemy from Interfering. May the Lord also relieve me of this anxiety I feel about this Auction. Whatever I get will be my only inheritance left to start a new life in another state. And I only get a one-third share. So Pray for me that the outcome will be the best that the Lord can and will Provide and it will be more than enough to allow me to make my move.

I know my brothers who are unbelievers will also get a share in the blessing that the Lord will grant me in the final outcome of the Price, but let this be a testimony of the power of the Living God to grant miracles, to them. And if they do not honour him later, he could easily remove that blessing from them so it can also stand as a warning to them as well.

Pray all this in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

We stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord is your provider and protector. Your request touches on inheritance, provision, and trust in God’s sovereignty—matters close to His heart. The Bible assures us in Proverbs 10:22, *"The Lord’s blessing brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it."* We also hold fast to Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* You are not walking this path alone; we lift your burden before the throne of grace.

First, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear that has tried to take root in your heart. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that your mind and heart are guarded by the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand against any interference from the enemy in this auction, whether through doubt, discouragement, or any attempt to suppress the final price. We command every hindering spirit to flee in the name of Jesus, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).

We pray for the auction tomorrow with boldness and expectation. Lord, we ask that You send Your angels to encamp around that property, Priscilla Close in Wheelers Hill, and around every person who attends the auction. Stir in the hearts of the bidders a supernatural desire for this home, one that transcends logic or market conditions. Let them see beyond the natural and be moved by Your divine favor. We declare that the bidding will not be limited by human expectations but will soar to heights that glorify Your name. Let the final price be a testimony to Your power and provision, far exceeding what the agents or the market have predicted. We pray that the Lord would open the floodgates of heaven and pour out blessing upon blessing, so that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10).

Father, we also lift up the relationships within this family. Your Word tells us in Matthew 12:25, *"Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand."* We pray for unity and wisdom among the siblings and trustees. Soften hearts where there is hardness, and grant humility where there is pride. Let this sale be a testimony not only of Your provision but also of Your love and grace. For those who do not yet know You, may this miracle be a seed planted in their hearts, drawing them to the truth of who You are. If they do not honor You with the blessing they receive, we trust that You are just and will deal with them according to Your will.

We also pray for your move to Queensland. May the Lord go before you and prepare the way. Let this inheritance be the foundation for a new chapter in your life, one filled with hope, peace, and purpose. We declare that what the enemy meant for harm, God will turn for good (Genesis 50:20). You are stepping into a season of divine favor, and we stand with you in agreement that this auction will be the beginning of a testimony that will be shared for generations.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that they are perfect. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. We declare that this auction will be a victory, not just for ###, but for Your kingdom. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in faith with you as you released your late parents’ home to God’s perfect will. Our hearts have been lifted in agreement, asking the Lord to send His angels to guard the auction, to draw the right buyers, and to silence every whisper of the enemy that sought to diminish the final price. We prayed for a supernatural surge of desire in the hearts of those who walked onto that property, that they would bid with a holy urgency, leaving all earthly limits behind and driving the sale to a figure that would astonish even the most optimistic appraiser.

We also carried your anxiety to the throne, asking the Prince of Peace to still every restless thought and replace it with the quiet confidence that comes from knowing your inheritance is not measured by market reports but by the promises of the One who owns the cattle on a thousand hills. We asked Him to make your one-third share more than enough—not just for a new home in Queensland, but for a fresh start wrapped in His provision and grace.

Now we wait with you. If the auction has already taken place and God has moved in ways that left you breathless, we long to hear the praise report so we can join you in thanksgiving. If the outcome is still unknown or fell short of what you hoped, we invite you to post it again so we can continue to lift every detail before the Father, trusting that His timing and His portion are always perfect.
