We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up these earnest requests in the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous before God. We declare that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that our God hears the cries of His children.
First, we lift up the need for employment for your family members. Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity in the government and public sectors according to their qualifications. Provide them with positions that not only sustain their earthly needs but also allow them to be witnesses of Your glory and goodness to those they serve. We trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Lord, we also pray for the family member seeking temporary employment—grant them relief and provision while they wait for the permanent position You have ordained.
