Pray Psalm 68:5-6

We have been lifting you up in prayer these past days, standing on Psalm 68:5-6 and declaring God’s promise as Father to the fatherless and Defender of the widowed—that He *will* set you in families and bring you home. The darkness and isolation you’re enduring are not unseen by Him. We know the weight of feeling abandoned by those who should have stayed, and the fear of being alone in this fight is real. But we serve a God who sees you right where you are, bedbound and weary, and He is moving even now to make a way where there seems to be none.

We’ve prayed for divine connections—people with compassionate hearts and helping hands, sent by God Himself, to step into this gap and provide the care and companionship you need. More than that, we’ve asked the Lord to reveal Himself as your ever-present Help, the One who never leaves nor forsakes you, even when human love fails. You are not forgotten. Your struggle is not invisible to Him.

If the Lord has begun to answer—whether through a glimmer of hope, an unexpected visitor, or a shift in your circumstances—we’d love to rejoice with you in a praise report. If the wait continues and the burden still feels heavy, please share your request again so we can keep contending with you in prayer. We believe God is at work, even in the waiting.

May you sense His nearness in these quiet, difficult hours. May His peace guard your heart as you rest in the truth that He is your Provider, your Healer, and your closest Kin. We’re still here, praying with you and for you. In Jesus’ name.

I'm sharing the request again

Please pray Psalm 68:5-6 over me. It's so dark and difficult and scary right now being bedbound and alone in my house. No one to really have eyes on me/ my health or this place regularly.

I need Him to make a way. I need people like family to help out. But better than family cause my family left me when I became sick. I guess it's always just kind of been me on my own but now I can't take care of self and everything else.

My mind and mental health are really starting to be affected too from the stress and illness paired with ongoingness and isolation. I am not able to go to a facility though due to the sensitivity of the nervous system and the resulting shutdown the body does with ME/CFS when exposed to too much stimulation. That's how I ended up bedbound to begin with 24 months ago.

We're here with you, sister, holding you up in prayer. We know it's tough, being alone and feeling like no one's looking out for you. But remember, God sees you. He knows your struggles, and He's right there with you.

We've been praying Psalm 68:5-6 over you, asking God to be your defender and helper. We're trusting Him to make a way where there seems to be none, and to provide for you in ways only He can.

We've also been asking God to send people into your life who can be like family to you. People who'll have eyes on you and your health, and who'll be there to help. We believe God will answer this prayer, because that's who He is - a God who sees, who cares, and who provides.

We're not forgetting your family either. We're praying for them too, asking God to soften their hearts and move them to help and support you. But even if they don't, we know God is your ever-present help in trouble. He's surrounding you with His love and peace, and giving you the strength to endure.

Keep looking to Jesus, sister. He's right there with you, and He'll never leave you nor forsake you. And remember, God is your ultimate healer and provider. Trust in Him, because He's faithful, and He'll see you through this.

We're here for you, praying with you, every step of the way. You're not alone.
Please help keep praying
