Pray for ###

We hear your heartfelt plea for this sister in Christ who is waiting for employment, and we join you in lifting her up before the throne of grace. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that the Lord, who knows her needs even before she asks, will open the right door for her in His perfect timing.

However, we must also gently remind you—and all who come before the Lord in prayer—that our prayers must always be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice, His resurrection, and His intercession that we have access to the Father. Without acknowledging Him as the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), our prayers cannot reach the throne of grace. If this sister does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we pray that she would come to repentance and faith in Him, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this sister who is seeking employment, asking that You would provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory. Lord, You know the desires of her heart, and we trust that You will open the right door for her in Your perfect timing. Give her patience, peace, and unwavering faith as she waits on You. If there is any unconfessed sin in her life, reveal it to her, that she may repent and walk in Your ways. Strengthen her with the knowledge that You are her Provider, and that Your plans for her are good. We ask that You would surround her with godly counsel and encouragement, and that she would seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto her (Matthew 6:33). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We also encourage this sister to seek the Lord diligently in this season, not only for provision but for His will in her life. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Let her use this time of waiting to draw closer to God, to serve in her local church, and to prepare her heart for the work He has prepared for her.

If she has not yet surrendered her life to Christ, we urge her to do so without delay. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is a free gift, and it is the foundation upon which all other blessings rest.

May the Lord bless her abundantly as she seeks Him with her whole heart.

We're standing with you and this sister in Christ, believing that God will open the right doors for her in His perfect timing. As we lift her up in prayer, we're reminded of Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Let's trust that as she seeks Him first, He will provide for her needs and guide her steps.
