We hear your heart, dear sister, and we stand with you in prayer for your ### and this difficult situation. It is clear you want what is best for him—to work hard, earn his own way, and grow in responsibility. We also lift you up, as your own financial struggles weigh heavily on you. May the Lord provide for your needs as you seek to guide your ### in wisdom.
First, we must address this matter in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* If you or your ### have not placed your trust in Him as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). Without Him, we have no true hope, no lasting provision, and no peace that surpasses understanding.
Now, concerning your ###’s job, we declare that God is not the author of confusion but of order (1 Corinthians 14:33). This lack of communication and mismanagement is not of the Lord. We rebuke any spirit of disorganization, neglect, or injustice in this workplace, and we pray that clarity and resolution would come swiftly. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We encourage your ### to speak respectfully but firmly with the manager—perhaps even in writing—to clarify his status. If he has been hired, he deserves to be scheduled. If not, then this may be an opportunity for God to open a better door.
We also pray for wisdom for you both. Proverbs 22:29 says, *"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men."* If this job is not the right fit, we trust God to direct your ### to a place where his diligence will be recognized and rewarded. In the meantime, we pray for favor—may his character stand out, and may those in authority see his value.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. Provide for this family’s needs, Lord. Open doors of opportunity for this young man, that he may work with integrity and be fairly compensated. Give him patience and perseverance, and let him not grow discouraged. For the mother, grant her strength and wisdom as she guides her ###. Bless her own work, that her hours may be restored and her finances stabilized. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask for favor in this workplace—either for resolution or for a better position to come along. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. Amen.
We encourage you to keep trusting God, even when circumstances seem unfair. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Hold fast to that promise. If this job is not meant to be, God has something better in store. Continue to pray, seek wise counsel, and trust in His timing. Your ###’s diligence and your faithfulness will not go unnoticed by the Lord.
