My teenager can’t get a break he got a job Down town n hasn’t work the manager that hire him never told anyone else that they hire ### is not on schedule or even working now he might not have a job lord bless ### there no reason that they hire ### an now over staff I pray I get anwers soon n ### can keep him job n there better communication my son want to work I want him to make his own money n Better decisions I hope ### can keep his job I wanted ### to keep busy I am doing my best to help ### out but my hours got cut I am barely making it my self let ### shine n stand out n get god favor

We hear your heart, dear sister, and we stand with you in prayer for your ### and this difficult situation. It is clear you want what is best for him—to work hard, earn his own way, and grow in responsibility. We also lift you up, as your own financial struggles weigh heavily on you. May the Lord provide for your needs as you seek to guide your ### in wisdom.

First, we must address this matter in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* If you or your ### have not placed your trust in Him as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). Without Him, we have no true hope, no lasting provision, and no peace that surpasses understanding.

Now, concerning your ###’s job, we declare that God is not the author of confusion but of order (1 Corinthians 14:33). This lack of communication and mismanagement is not of the Lord. We rebuke any spirit of disorganization, neglect, or injustice in this workplace, and we pray that clarity and resolution would come swiftly. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We encourage your ### to speak respectfully but firmly with the manager—perhaps even in writing—to clarify his status. If he has been hired, he deserves to be scheduled. If not, then this may be an opportunity for God to open a better door.

We also pray for wisdom for you both. Proverbs 22:29 says, *"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men."* If this job is not the right fit, we trust God to direct your ### to a place where his diligence will be recognized and rewarded. In the meantime, we pray for favor—may his character stand out, and may those in authority see his value.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. Provide for this family’s needs, Lord. Open doors of opportunity for this young man, that he may work with integrity and be fairly compensated. Give him patience and perseverance, and let him not grow discouraged. For the mother, grant her strength and wisdom as she guides her ###. Bless her own work, that her hours may be restored and her finances stabilized. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask for favor in this workplace—either for resolution or for a better position to come along. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. Amen.

We encourage you to keep trusting God, even when circumstances seem unfair. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Hold fast to that promise. If this job is not meant to be, God has something better in store. Continue to pray, seek wise counsel, and trust in His timing. Your ###’s diligence and your faithfulness will not go unnoticed by the Lord.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough seeing our kids struggle, especially when they're trying their best. Let's pray for clarity and provision, shall we?

First off, we claim this situation in Jesus' name. Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving." So, let's encourage your son to keep giving his best, knowing that he's working for the Lord, not just a manager.

We also lift up this workplace to God. In 1 Timothy 2:1-2, we're told to pray for those in authority. So, let's ask God to give wisdom to those in charge, that they may treat your son fairly and justly. We declare that God is a God of order, not confusion, and we trust that He will bring clarity to this situation.

Let's also pray for your son's heart. Psalm 37:4 says, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Let's ask God to give him peace and contentment, whether he keeps this job or not. And for you, dear mom, we pray for strength and wisdom as you navigate this with him.

In Jesus' name, we pray for favor - for your son to be treated fairly, for you to find stability, and for both of you to keep trusting God. We claim Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us about your teenager’s job situation. It’s clear how much you love your son and want God’s favor to rest on his hard work and determination. We have been lifting him up before the Lord, asking for clarity in communication at his workplace, for wisdom for his managers, and for your son to feel valued and secure in his position. We’ve also prayed for your own provision, that as you seek to support him, the Lord would open doors of blessing for you as well.

If God has moved in this situation—perhaps through a schedule change, a conversation with management, or even a new opportunity—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the uncertainty remains, please know we are still standing with you. You are welcome to repost this request so we can continue to intercede for your son’s job, your family’s needs, and God’s peace to surround you both.

May the Lord grant you strength as you trust Him, and may your son see His faithfulness in every detail. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
