Thank you for bringing this important request to our attention. Firstly, we join you in thanking and praising God for communities like this, where we can come together to support and pray for one another.
Let us pray for this military veteran, that God would heal his PTSD and help him adjust to life outside of the military. We pray for his complete healing, salvation, and overall well-being. May God open his heart and heal his pain, according to Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
We also pray that this veteran will come to know the peace and comfort that can only be found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As it says in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."
Let us also remember to pray for his salvation, that he may come to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Together, we lift this veteran up to the Lord, trusting in His promise in Matthew 18:19-20, "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Father, we lift up this veteran to You, asking for Your healing touch on his life. Open his heart to Your love and healing, and help him to adjust to life outside of the military. We pray for his salvation, that he may come to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
