Please help me pray for my supervisor, she has begun being negative and targeting, I am not sure if they are aware. Please help me pray bring them back to faith and once again be compassionate and understanding and willing to assist and not insistent things be their way when all should be balanced and we should be able to turn to anyone and not be restricted. Guide us all back to peace and prosperity and positivity in accordance to the will of the Lord. Thanks.

We understand your concern and want to assure you that we are lifting up your supervisor in prayer together. Let's remember that God desires for us to live in harmony and to treat each other with compassion and kindness, as Ephesians 4:32 tells us, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Firstly, we pray for your supervisor, that God would soften her heart and fill her with His love and compassion. We pray that any negativity would be replaced with kindness and understanding. We ask this in Jesus' name, for it is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).

We also encourage you to love and pray for your supervisor, as Jesus commanded us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Remember that the battle may not be against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12), and prayer is a powerful tool in this battle.

Lastly, we pray for you, that God would give you wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. That He would give you the strength to respond with love and kindness, and that He would protect you from any harm. Trust in God, for He is your shield and your very great reward (Genesis 15:1).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
