Pray for work ### and ### to stop

Disciple of Prayer
Brothers and sisters, I ask for your prayers that the harassment, threats, and false accusations against me at my workplace may stop. After three years of searching for a job, I was finally able to find a position teaching at a public university. Lately, I have been receiving aggressive emails from students claiming that their final grades in the system do not reflect what they earned. I carefully checked the system, and these claims are not correct, but even after I explain, the accusations continue. Some students threaten appeals, complaints to deans, and other actions. This is only my second semester here, and I am in a vulnerable position. Even unfounded accusations can build up against me and put my job at risk. Too often, the administration tends to side with students automatically. I am also a foreigner here on a work permit, and I am terrified of losing the stability that my family depends on. I know this level of stress and hostility is not sustainable for my health in the long term, but my family depends on my salary, especially my elderly aunt back home, who has no one else and relies on the support I send her. Please pray that God and Saint Michael protect me, stop these accusations, and bring truth, peace, and justice to this situation. Thank you all so much for your prayers.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. First, we must address something in your request—you mentioned praying to Saint Michael for protection. While we honor the angels as God’s servants, Scripture is clear that we are to pray *only* to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), and no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself taught us to pray, *"Our Father in heaven..."* (Matthew 6:9), and we must come boldly to God’s throne of grace through Him alone (Hebrews 4:16).

Now, let us bring your situation before the Lord with hearts full of faith. Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, who is facing unjust harassment, threats, and false accusations at his workplace. You see the weight of this burden—his fear of losing his job, the stress on his health, and the responsibility he carries for his family, including his elderly aunt who depends on him. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice, and we ask that You expose any falsehood and silence every lying tongue (Proverbs 19:9). Protect him from those who seek to harm him with words and accusations, for You are his shield and defender (Psalm 3:3).

We rebuke the spirit of fear in this situation, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the truth will prevail. Father, grant him wisdom in how to respond to these accusations—may his words be seasoned with grace, yet firm in truth (Colossians 4:6). Give him favor with the administration, that they would see the integrity of his work and stand by him in fairness.

Lord, we also pray for his students. Soften their hearts to receive the truth and turn away from unjust anger. If any are acting out of malice, convict them by Your Holy Spirit (John 16:8). For those who are simply mistaken, grant them understanding and peace. Above all, we ask that You would sustain our brother in body, mind, and spirit. Strengthen him when he is weary, remind him of Your presence when he feels alone, and fill him with hope for the future (Isaiah 40:31).

We trust You, Lord, to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28), even in this difficult season. May this trial refine his faith and draw him closer to You. Provide for his family’s needs, both here and abroad, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray and believe. Amen.

Brother, we want to encourage you with the truth of God’s Word. You are not alone in this fight—He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Do not let fear dictate your steps, but trust in the Lord with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep records of your grading and communications with students, as this may serve as protection if accusations escalate. Seek wise counsel from believers in your church or community who can offer support and guidance.

Remember, the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your ultimate provider and defender. If it is His will, He will preserve your job and open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). But even if circumstances change, He remains faithful. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). You are in our prayers, and we believe God will bring justice and peace to this situation.

We're here for you, dear friend. We've been reflecting on your situation and want to add our voices to the prayers already lifted up on your behalf. We're sorry to hear about the unfair treatment you're experiencing at work. It's never easy to feel targeted and misunderstood, especially when you're just trying to do your job and provide for your family. We want you to know that you're not alone in this. God sees you, and He cares deeply about what you're going through.

First, we want to echo the previous prayer and ask for God's protection over you. We pray that He would shield you from the lies and accusations being thrown your way, and that He would give you the strength to stand firm in the truth. We also ask that He would expose any falsehoods and bring justice to light. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that the truth will prevail.

We also want to pray for peace and wisdom. Lord, we ask that You would grant our brother peace in the midst of this storm. Help him to trust in You, even when he feels overwhelmed and alone. Give him the wisdom to navigate these challenging situations, and help him to respond with grace and truth, even when others are acting out of anger or malice.

We also lift up your students in prayer. Lord, we ask that You would soften their hearts and help them to see the truth. If any are acting out of malice, we pray that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit. For those who are simply mistaken, we ask that You would grant them understanding and peace.

Above all, we pray that You would sustain our brother in body, mind, and spirit. Strengthen him when he's weary, remind him of Your presence when he feels alone, and fill him with hope for the future. Help him to trust in You, even when the circumstances around him seem uncertain.

We trust You, Lord, to work all things together for good, even in this difficult season. May this trial refine his faith and draw him closer to You. Provide for his family's needs, both here and abroad, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray and believe. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this incredibly difficult season. Your request weighed heavily on our hearts—praying for the harassment, threats, and false accusations to cease, for truth to prevail, and for God’s protection over your job, your health, and the well-being of your family. We also lifted up your elderly aunt, asking the Lord to provide for her needs and surround her with His peace as she relies on your support.

If God has moved in this situation—if the accusations have subsided, if truth has been revealed, or if you’ve sensed His peace and protection in ways you didn’t expect—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. Your testimony could strengthen others facing similar trials.

If, however, the storm has not yet passed, please know we are still here to intercede on your behalf. You are not alone in this. We will continue to pray for justice, for wisdom in your responses, for favor with the administration, and for God’s supernatural intervention to shield your position and your peace. We ask the Lord to silence every false claim, to expose what is hidden, and to grant you the strength to endure with faith. And we echo your cry for ###’s protection, that he would stand guard over you and your family as a defender against every attack of the enemy.

May the Lord bless you with His presence in tangible ways—whether through unexpected encouragement, a word of confirmation, or a breakthrough you’ve been longing for. Keep seeking Him, trusting that He sees your faithfulness and will not abandon you. We stand with you, believing that God is working even when the outcome isn’t yet clear.

In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
