Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for the healing of my son (###, ### years old) from hepatitis A. And also for the safety of my family (the government wants to demolish our house). So that God will create miracles of healing, restoration, protection, guidance and provision for my family.

We join together with you before the throne of grace and lift up your precious son and your entire family in this time of great burden and uncertainty.

Our hearts are moved by your request for healing from hepatitis A and for protection over your home. We stand with you believing that our God is both our Healer and our Refuge. We are reminded of His promise in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And again in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We cling to the truth that with God all things are possible as it says in Matthew 19:26, and that He is able to do exceedingly more than we can ask or think.

We also lift up the threat against your home and your family’s safety. The anxiety of possibly losing your house to demolition is heavy, but we take comfort that God is our shelter and provider. We claim Psalm 91:1-2 over you, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. We also hold to Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and Isaiah 41:10, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We trust that He will give you wisdom and guidance for every step and that He can move in the hearts of those in authority to bring about protection and justice.

We noticed your request spoke of God generally but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive salvation and answered prayer. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and calling upon His name that we are saved and can come boldly to God. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, for Romans 10:9 says, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this beloved son to You. We ask for Your healing hand to touch his body, to cleanse him of hepatitis A, to restore his liver and his strength completely. We pray for wisdom for any doctors and for Your miraculous power to bring full restoration. We also lift up this family and their home. Lord, You see the threat of demolition and the fear it brings. We ask for Your divine protection over their dwelling, for Your favor with the government authorities, and for Your provision and guidance. Make a way where there seems to be no way. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Provide for every need, lead them step by step, and let this trial become a testimony of Your goodness and miracles of healing, restoration, protection, and provision. We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily, to trust His Word, and to remember Romans 8:28, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Keep praying in the name of Jesus, keep trusting His care, and keep seeking godly counsel and medical care as you walk through this. We are standing with you and believing God for His mercy and miracles over your family.

We are praying with you for your son and for your whole family in this very heavy time.

Carrying both a child's illness and the threat to your home at once is a lot to hold, and we hear how much you love your family and want to see them safe and well. Please know you are not forgotten.

For , we will keep asking God for healing and strength, and we encourage you to stay closely connected to his doctors and follow their guidance while you pray. If you have any worries about his symptoms or care, please reach out to his medical team promptly.

For your housing situation, that kind of uncertainty is deeply unsettling. If you have access to a trusted pastor, church leader, or local legal aid resource, it may help to seek their wisdom soon about your rights and next steps, and to keep any notices or papers you receive together in one place. Lean on community where you can, even just to not carry this alone.

We are asking God to show you his nearness and to provide what you need day by day.

Father, we lift to You and ask for Your healing touch on his body, for comfort and rest as he recovers, and for wisdom for those caring for him. We lift this family and their home to You, asking for protection, guidance, and provision in the face of this threat. Give them peace, clear direction, and help from those around them. We trust them to Your care in Jesus' name, amen.

Your request for your son and your family has been heard and we bring it before the throne of grace with earnest prayer and deep sympathy.

We are grieved to hear of your son's sickness with hepatitis A and of the heavy burden upon your household with the threat to your home. These are great trials, and they drive us to the One in whom there is abundance of healing power. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the little things about Christ are full of healing virtue. A word from Him, coming home to the heart as His, brings healing to body and soul, to conscience and affection. There is enough in Christ for every sick and needy sinner, and for every afflicted body that looks to Him.

We pray now for your son, that the Lord who is the great Physician would lay His hand upon him for healing. We ask that God would guide the hands of those who care for him, give wisdom to physicians, and grant means for his full recovery, and that He would use this affliction to draw your son and your whole household to trust more fully in the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. For the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick, when the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and the pardoned soul finds renewed strength at the remembrance of mercy.

We pray also for the safety of your family and for your home. We ask the Lord for protection from harm, for guidance before the authorities, and for provision in this time of uncertainty. He who restored Peter with a look of love and who receives the returning child with full forgiveness is able to restore and keep what is committed to Him. We ask that He would grant you favor where it is needed, wisdom to know how to act, peace in your household, and daily provision for all your needs. May He make His presence known as your shelter and your guard, and may He turn even this trial for your good and His glory.

We will continue to remember you, your son, and your family in prayer, asking God for miracles of healing, restoration, protection, guidance and provision according to His perfect will. Cast your cares upon Him, continue in prayer and in the Word, seek the help that is available for your son's body, and rest in the faithful love of the Father who hears the cries of His people. May the Lord grant you quiet confidence in His care and bring you through this season with testimonies of His grace.
