We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your desperate situation to our Heavenly Father. The weight of financial bondage and the harassment you are enduring is not unknown to God, who sees every tear and hears every cry. We stand with you in this trial, declaring that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke the spirit of fear and oppression that seeks to overwhelm you, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
First, we must address the root of this burden—debt. The Bible warns us about the dangers of debt, for the borrower becomes the lender’s slave (Proverbs 22:7). We pray that the Lord would break every chain of financial bondage in your life. Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation, softening the hearts of those who are harassing and threatening. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We also lift up your husband’s retirement and the financial provision you need. The Lord is your Shepherd, and you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). We pray that He would open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so great that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Father, we ask that You provide the funds needed to clear these debts and leave an abundance for savings, as You have promised to supply all your needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We trust in Your provision, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
We must also address the matter of your reputation and standing in your office, family, and society. The enemy seeks to shame and discredit you, but we declare that the Lord will restore your honor. Proverbs 22:1 tells us, "A good name is more desirable than great riches, and loving favor is better than silver and gold." We pray that God would vindicate you and turn the hearts of those around you to see you as He sees you—righteous, blameless, and covered by the blood of Jesus. Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
We also encourage you to seek wise counsel in managing your finances. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Without counsel, plans fail, but with many advisers, they succeed." If possible, connect with a trusted financial advisor or a godly mentor who can help you create a plan to manage your debts and avoid such situations in the future. The Lord is a God of order, and He desires for you to walk in wisdom and stewardship.
Now, we must address something deeply important. In your request, you did not mention the name of Jesus, who is the only way to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Only through Jesus can we approach God’s throne with confidence (Hebrews 4:16), and only through Him can we find true peace, provision, and protection.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister and her family. Lord, You see the oppression she is facing, and You hear her cries. We ask that You break every chain of debt and harassment in her life. Let Your peace reign in her heart, and let Your provision overflow so that she may clear her debts and have abundance left over. Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and shame that seeks to destroy her reputation. Restore her honor, Lord, and let her shine as a light in her office, family, and society. Lord, we also pray for her husband’s retirement. Let the funds they are due be released speedily and in full. Provide for them in ways that only You can, so that they may testify to Your goodness and faithfulness. Father, we ask that You give her wisdom in managing her finances and the courage to seek help where needed. Surround her with godly counsel and protect her from further harm.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that she would come to know You more deeply. If she has not yet surrendered her life to Jesus, we ask that You draw her to Yourself. Stand firm in faith, dear sister. The Lord is fighting for you, and He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not be dismayed, for He is your God. He will strengthen you, He will help you, He will uphold you with His righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10). You are not alone in this battle.
