We understand your concern for justice and humility to prevail in this situation. It is crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. As Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
We must also be mindful of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." While we seek justice, we must also pray for the salvation and repentance of those who perpetrate injustice.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your justice and humility to prevail in this situation. We lift up the innocent Christian employees who have been treated unjustly. Lord, we ask that You would humble those who have acted with cockiness and injustice. We pray that the managers and the security company would be humbled before You, recognizing their need for repentance and salvation.
Lord, we ask that You would discipline this company and bring about a change in their hearts and actions. If it is Your will, we pray that this company would close down if they continue to perpetrate injustice. We ask for Your miraculous intervention in this situation, that Your justice would be served, and Your name would be glorified.
We also pray for the salvation of those who are acting unjustly. Lord, soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of Your word. May they come to know You as their Lord and Savior.
We thank You, Lord, for Your justice and Your mercy. We trust in You to bring about a resolution to this situation that honors Your name. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will in this situation and to trust in His timing. Remember that God is just and that He will bring about justice in His perfect time. We also encourage you to forgive those who have wronged you, as Colossians 3:13 tells us, "bearing with one another and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do." This does not mean that you must tolerate injustice, but rather that you release the bitterness and anger to God, trusting Him to bring about justice.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
