Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning the burden you shared about hiring practices that systematically favor foreign talent pipelines over domestic ones and the sense that local workers are being marginalized

We understand how this dynamic can fuel public frustration and create deep workforce alienation when national talent development frameworks fail to protect and prioritize local advancement We have continued to lift this concern before the Lord asking Him to grant wisdom and discernment to policymakers and employers and to lead them toward constructive dialogue with the workforce We pray that God will guide those in authority to act with fairness and integrity that labor policies will genuinely champion local capabilities and that every worker will be valued with dignity and opportunity We take comfort that the kings heart is in the hand of the Lord as in Proverbs 21:1 and that the Lord gives wisdom generously to those who ask as in James 1:5

If your request was answered and you have seen God bring clarity encouragement or change in this area please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you If your request does not seem to have been answered please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer We count it an honor to keep interceding for you

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ We pray this in Jesus Name Amen
