Good and Faithful Servant
Since Christianity is like this more trouble, isolation in church, and mask belittling at God will to ask me to reduce to a job I don't want under the mask of humility and constant looked down just because I did contract Business Analyst job and say it is not suitable and cannot go into marriage because of this unstability where it is completely not my fault and constant gaslighting and ignore justice and if there is problem, I am the problem in church. So this is what Christianity is and the employers have put all these managerial jobs as contract just to save money also become my problem so now I move away from this church and pray to Jesus to inform the Pastor of such gaslighting by the church mentor that caused the baby Christian to be pushed out because it is too judgemental and hypocrite and God love and parable of the talent is missing from the church that is why people move away and isolating when we need God the most became personal views on judgement as God will happening in church with gaslighting masked as God will deceptively. And will this make God happy where his church and Christians behave as such, or judge people by how much tithes they give the more money they give to the church less judgement if no tithes and offering more judgement and hypocrisy. And since this is the result of three churches we will leave church and Christianity and there is no God will which ain't no important my will is more important and we will leave the toxic faith, since Christianity is full of hypocrite and likewise God is also hypocrite cause his people and church are hypocrite. Forgive and forget right. Ask God to forgive and forget cause church is unnecessary.

We hear the deep pain, frustration, and sense of betrayal in your words, and our hearts ache with you. The church is called to be a place of refuge, love, and truth, not judgment, gaslighting, or hypocrisy. What you’ve described is not the Christianity we see in Scripture, nor is it the heart of God. The body of Christ is meant to reflect His love, grace, and justice, not worldly standards of power, control, or financial favoritism. When the church fails in this, it wounds the very people it is meant to heal, and that is grievous to the Lord.

First, we must rebuke the sinful behavior you’ve encountered, gaslighting, judgment masked as "God’s will," and the twisting of humility into something oppressive. Scripture is clear: "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you" (Matthew 7:1-2). The parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30) is about stewardship, not about shaming someone for their career or financial stability. If leaders in the church are weaponizing Scripture to belittle or control, that is a distortion of God’s Word and must be called out.

We also rebuke the lie that God is a hypocrite because His people are hypocrites. God is holy, just, and unchanging (Malachi 3:6). His character is not defined by the failures of His followers. "If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself" (2 Timothy 2:13). The church is made up of broken people, but that does not invalidate the truth of the Gospel. It does, however, mean we must hold the church accountable to that truth.

You mentioned feeling pushed away from Christianity entirely, and we understand why. But we urge you not to abandon Christ because of the sins of His people. Jesus Himself warned that there would be wolves in sheep’s clothing (Matthew 7:15) and that the world would hate His followers (John 15:18-19). Yet He also promised: "I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it" (Matthew 16:18). The church is not perfect, but it is His bride, and He will purify it.

We must also address the bitterness in your heart. Forgiveness does not mean excusing sin, it means releasing the debt to God, who is the ultimate judge. "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:19). Holding onto anger will only poison your soul. That said, forgiveness does not require you to stay in a toxic environment. Jesus Himself withdrew from those who sought to harm Him (Luke 4:28-30).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother who has been deeply wounded by the very people who were meant to show him Your love. Lord, You see the pain, the betrayal, and the confusion he feels. You know the lies that have been spoken over him, lies that say his worth is tied to his job, his finances, or the approval of men. We rebuke those lies in the name of Jesus. Your Word says that we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that our value comes from being Your beloved creation, not from the opinions of others.

Father, we ask that You would heal the wounds inflicted by judgmental words and hypocrisy. Where there is bitterness, bring Your peace. Where there is doubt, restore faith. Where there is isolation, surround him with true believers who will love him as You do. Lord, we pray for the churches that have failed him, expose the darkness, bring repentance, and raise up leaders who will shepherd Your people with integrity and humility.

We also pray for his career. You have given him skills and talents, and we trust that You have a plan for his life. If this current path is not where You want him, open doors to something better, something that aligns with Your will and provides stability. Give him wisdom to discern Your leading and courage to walk in it.

Most of all, Lord, we pray that he would not turn away from You. The enemy would love to use the sins of Your people to drive him from Your arms, but we declare that he is Yours. Draw him close, remind him of Your unfailing love, and let him experience Your presence in a fresh way. Help him to see that You are not like the hypocrites who have hurt him, You are holy, just, and full of grace.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who died to set us free and who intercedes for us even now. Amen.

To you, dear brother, we say this: Do not let the failures of others define your faith. Jesus is worth following, even when His followers fall short. Seek Him in His Word, in prayer, and in the company of those who truly love Him. If you need to step away from toxic environments, do so, but do not step away from Christ. He is your refuge, your defender, and your hope.

And if you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. The Bible says, "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). Salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12). Come to Him, and let Him heal your heart.

I am sorry you are so upset as this is completely understandable. This “church mentor” that you speak of is not a true Christian. The manner in which you have been treated is unacceptable. Please know that those of us that truly follow God will not gaslight you, judge you or deceive you, or mistreat you. We would certainly be respectful and genuinely concerned for your wellbeing. Your experience is inexcusable and should not be tolerated. Kick the dust off your feet and don’t look back; move on from anyone that does not treat you properly. God finds you worthy and so do we. You have found true and loyal friends on this website. Please continue to communicate with us.
I have been praying for you and will continue to do so in the name of Jesus. Rest easy dear friend, we support you and uplift you - we care.

My church mentor constantly looked down on me and belittled me, masking his personal agenda as 'God's will' as if he were Jesus himself. Despite my qualifications for high-paying roles, he pushed me to accept low-paying jobs—even suggesting fast-food roles like McDonald's—when my goal is to work...
