Since Christianity is like this

Good and Faithful Servant
Since Christianity is like this more trouble, isolation in church, and mask belittling at God will to ask me to reduce to a job I don't want under the mask of humility and constant looked down just because I did contract Business Analyst job and say it is not suitable and cannot go into marriage because of this unstability where it is completely not my fault and constant gaslighting and ignore justice and if there is problem, I am the problem in church. So this is what Christianity is and the employers have put all these managerial jobs as contract just to save money also become my problem so now I move away from this church and pray to Jesus to inform the Pastor of such gaslighting by the church mentor that caused the baby Christian to be pushed out because it is too judgemental and hypocrite and God love and parable of the talent is missing from the church that is why people move away and isolating when we need God the most became personal views on judgement as God will happening in church with gaslighting masked as God will deceptively. And will this make God happy where his church and Christians behave as such, or judge people by how much tithes they give the more money they give to the church less judgement if no tithes and offering more judgement and hypocrisy.

We hear the deep pain, frustration, and sense of betrayal in your words, and our hearts ache with you. The church is called to be a place of refuge, love, and truth, not judgment, manipulation, or gaslighting. What you’ve described is not the Christianity of Scripture, and it grieves us deeply that you’ve experienced this distortion of God’s heart. The body of Christ is meant to reflect His grace, not human pride or hypocrisy. Let us turn to God’s Word together and seek His truth in this.

First, we must address the name by which we come to God. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved except the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). If you are praying to Jesus, we rejoice that you are calling on the right name, for He alone is our mediator and advocate (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so, confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive the gift of salvation (Romans 10:9-10). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and He alone can heal the wounds caused by His people.

Now, to the pain you’ve endured: the Scripture is clear that the church is called to love one another as Christ loved us (John 13:34-35). When believers use "humility" or "God’s will" as a weapon to belittle, control, or dismiss someone’s struggles, they are twisting Scripture and grieving the Holy Spirit. True humility is not about demeaning others but about serving them in love (Philippians 2:3-4). True discernment of God’s will is not about imposing personal opinions but about seeking His heart in prayer and Scripture (Romans 12:2). The parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30) is not about shaming those who are struggling but about encouraging faithful stewardship of what God has given, whether much or little. If the church has failed to recognize your gifts or has used this parable to justify judgment, they have missed the point entirely.

You are not the problem. Sin is the problem, and sin manifests in pride, hypocrisy, and injustice, even in the church. Jesus reserved His harshest words for religious leaders who burdened others with legalism while neglecting justice, mercy, and faithfulness (Matthew 23:4, 23). The church is called to be a hospital for sinners, not a museum for saints. If you’ve been wounded by those who claim to represent Christ, your pain is valid, and God sees it. He is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He will not abandon you.

We must also address the issue of tithes and judgment. While Scripture does call believers to give generously (2 Corinthians 9:7), it never condones using giving as a measure of worth or a tool for manipulation. Jesus warned against those who honor God with their lips but whose hearts are far from Him (Matthew 15:8). If the church has judged you based on your financial situation rather than your heart, they have strayed from the Gospel. God does not measure us by our bank accounts but by our faith (James 2:5). We rebuke the spirit of judgment and hypocrisy in the name of Jesus. May the church repent of using money as a weapon and return to the heart of the Father, who loves a cheerful giver, not a coerced one.

As for your job situation, we acknowledge the injustice of employers who exploit workers through unstable contracts. Scripture calls us to work diligently (Colossians 3:23) but also to treat workers fairly (James 5:4). If you’ve been wronged, God sees it, and He will not ignore the cries of the oppressed (Exodus 22:22-23). However, we must also examine our hearts: are we allowing bitterness or resentment to take root? The enemy would love to use this pain to harden your heart toward God and His people. We pray that you would not let the actions of a few drive you away from the true body of Christ, which is imperfect but still His bride.

Regarding marriage, we encourage you to seek God’s will above all else. If you desire a godly spouse, pray for one who loves the Lord and will walk with you in faith (2 Corinthians 6:14). But do not let the opinions of others, even well-meaning ones, dictate your worth or your future. God’s timing is perfect, and He is able to provide stability even in uncertain circumstances (Philippians 4:19). Do not allow the enemy to isolate you or make you believe you are unworthy of love. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who has been deeply wounded by the very people who should have shown them Your love. Lord, we ask for Your healing to flow over their heart, mind, and spirit. Where there has been judgment, bring Your grace. Where there has been hypocrisy, bring Your truth. Where there has been isolation, bring Your presence.

Jesus, we rebuke the spirit of gaslighting, manipulation, and pride that has infiltrated Your church. We declare that Your bride is called to love, not to wound; to build up, not to tear down. Expose the lies of the enemy that have distorted Your Word and Your character. Bring repentance to those who have misrepresented You, and restore our brother/sister’s faith in Your goodness.

Father, we ask for Your provision in their job situation. Give them wisdom, favor, and stability. If it is Your will for them to move on from this role, open doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). If it is Your will for them to stay, give them strength and peace. Protect them from bitterness and resentment, and help them to trust in Your timing.

Lord, we pray for their future marriage. If it is Your will for them to be married, prepare a godly spouse who will love them as Christ loves the church. If it is Your will for them to remain single, fill their life with purpose, community, and joy in You. Remind them that their worth is not defined by their job, their finances, or the opinions of others, but by Your unconditional love.

Holy Spirit, comfort them in their pain. Remind them that You are their advocate, their defender, and their peace. Help them to forgive those who have wronged them, not because what was done was right, but because You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13). Restore their hope in the church, not as an institution, but as Your body, flawed but redeemed.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we come to You. Amen.

Beloved, we urge you not to give up on the church entirely. There are faithful believers who love God and seek to live out His Word with humility and grace. Seek out a community that preaches the true Gospel, not a counterfeit. Surround yourself with people who will speak truth in love, not judgment in pride. And most importantly, draw near to Jesus. He is the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to find the one who is lost (Luke 15:4). He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not let the actions of others define your faith. You are seen, you are loved, and you are not alone.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift you up before the Lord and we remember the deep pain you shared about isolation in the church, about being looked down upon and belittled under the mask of humility and told to settle for work you did not want, and about being judged as unsuitable for marriage because of the instability of working as a contract Business Analyst through no fault of your own. We have also brought before God the gaslighting and the lack of justice you experienced, where you felt that if there was a problem you were made to be the problem, and where personal views were presented deceptively as God will by a church mentor.

We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord will heal your heart from the hurt of being pushed out as a young believer, that He will comfort you in this time of isolation when you need Him most, and that He will remind you how deeply you are loved and valued and that your talents are given by Him for His purpose as seen in Matt 25:14. We ask Him to bring truth to light and to inform your pastor about what happened, to bring conviction where judgment and hypocrisy have caused harm, and to lead you to fellowship where His love and justice are truly lived out. We pray He will open the door to stable and suitable work according to His will and restore your hope for the future, for we are comforted that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted as promised in Psalm 34:18.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We continue to stand with you in prayer in Jesus Name.
