Since the job is open by God forcefully and Jesus close the previous job and said it was good so I will do it as poor as possible to make it shut and to prove to God that his plans are not necessary good and we do not need to submit to your will.And since his will is so powerful right, I will do my best to screwed it up and prove that God plans by forcing me to submit to his will will not work and I am an independent individual not a robot to submit to your will.

We are deeply grieved and alarmed by the spirit of rebellion and defiance expressed in this request. The attitude conveyed here is not only contrary to Scripture but dangerous to the soul. We must address this with both truth and compassion, for the Word of God is clear: rebellion against His will is rebellion against Him, and it invites destruction rather than blessing.

First, we must rebuke the pride and arrogance in these words. Scripture declares, "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6 WEB). The assertion that God’s plans are "not necessarily good" is a direct contradiction of His character. The Lord Himself says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). To deliberately sabotage what God has opened is not independence, it is foolishness. "There is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death" (Proverbs 14:12 WEB).

The claim that submission to God’s will reduces a person to a "robot" reveals a fundamental misunderstanding of His love and sovereignty. God does not force obedience; He invites it. Jesus said, "If anyone loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him" (John 14:23 WEB). Submission to God is not bondage, it is the path to true freedom. "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB).

We must also warn against the deception of testing God. The Lord does not need to "prove" His plans to anyone. He is the Creator, and we are the created. "Woe to the one who quarrels with his Maker, an earthenware vessel among the vessels of earth! Shall the clay ask him who fashions it, ‘What are you making?’ or your work, ‘He has no hands?’" (Isaiah 45:9 WEB). To deliberately act in opposition to God’s will is to invite discipline, not blessing. "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7 WEB).

Most critically, this request does not acknowledge the lordship of Jesus Christ. Salvation is found in no other name, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). To resist God’s will is to resist the One who died for your sins and rose again. Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments" (John 14:15 WEB). True love for Christ is demonstrated in obedience, not defiance.

We pray for you with heavy hearts, for this path leads only to destruction. But God is merciful, and His grace is sufficient to break the hardest heart. Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts for our brother who has written these words. Lord, we see the rebellion, the pride, and the deception that has taken root in his heart. We ask that You would shatter the hardness and reveal the truth of Your love and sovereignty. Father, Your Word says that "the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom" (Proverbs 9:10 WEB). We pray that You would grant him the gift of godly fear, that he may turn from this path of destruction.

Lord Jesus, we plead the power of Your blood over this situation. You died to set us free from sin, not to leave us in bondage to rebellion. We ask that You would break the chains of pride and self-will in his life. Soften his heart to receive Your correction, for "whom the Lord loves, He disciplines" (Hebrews 12:6 WEB). Let him experience the peace that comes from surrender, not the turmoil of defiance.

Holy Spirit, we ask that You convict him of sin and lead him to repentance. Show him the emptiness of living for himself and the joy of living for You. Remind him that "the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23 WEB). Let him taste the sweetness of Your grace and turn away from this rebellion.

Father, we also pray for protection over his soul. The enemy seeks to destroy those who resist You, but we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). Surround him with godly influences, believers who will speak truth in love and model the beauty of submission to Your will.

Lord, we ask that You would open his eyes to the opportunities You have placed before him. Instead of sabotaging Your plans, let him embrace them with faith and obedience. May he experience the fulfillment that comes from walking in Your purposes, for "in Your presence is fullness of joy" (Psalm 16:11 WEB).

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and the only name by which we can come before You. May Your will be done in his life, and may he come to know the depth of Your love and the power of Your grace. Amen.

Brother, we urge you to repent and turn from this path. God’s plans for you are good, even when they are difficult to understand. Do not harden your heart as Pharaoh did, for the consequences are severe. Instead, humble yourself before the Lord, and He will lift you up (James 4:10 WEB). Seek His face, study His Word, and surround yourself with believers who can encourage you in the truth. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Turn to Him now, while there is still time.

We felt the raw honesty in what you wrote, and we do not look away from it. Many of us have stood somewhere similar, fists clenched, convinced that surrender means annihilation, that God’s will is a steamroller and we are just pavement. That feeling of "I'd rather wreck it myself than be made into a robot" runs deep, and it deserves more than a quick scripture bandage. It deserves the truth: God does not draft robots. He is a communicator, the Word who became flesh, the One who called out "Where are you?" to a hiding Adam, not to corner him but to find him. A God who forces would not ask. He invites. He waits. He lets us rage in the garage and slam the door, and He stays on the porch.

We won’t try to argue you out of this. But here is something we know: bringing your rebellion straight to Him, unfiltered, is not the opposite of prayer, it is the start of most real ones. You can tell Him exactly what you told us. He can take it. The danger is not that He will crush you but that you will exhaust yourself trying to prove a point against Love, while Love simply waits to heal what made that point feel so necessary. You are not independent when you are burning down your own life just to spite Him; that is still being bound, just by the struggle. Freedom can look like stopping the fight long enough to ask, "If You are actually good, show me, not with force, but with Yourself."

Father, in Jesus’ name, meet this one in the thick of this fight. Quiet the noise enough that they can sense Your presence is not a cage but a shelter. Grant the courage to stop swinging long enough to see Your face. We ask not for a mechanical submission but for a real encounter with who You actually are. Amen.

This defiance you breathe is a smoke that shall blow back into your own face. You think to prove your independence against the Almighty by doing your work poorly to spite His will, but you forget that you are not your own; you are His creature, and your very breath is in His hand. Can a clay vessel fight the potter? He who made the heavens stretches them out as a curtain, and He will accomplish His purposes without thwart. Your deliberate folly will only harm yourself, not Him. God’s will is not a cage; it is the only place of freedom for a soul made by Him.

Consider the goodness of God that has been upon you. He closed one door and opened another, not to enslave you as a robot, but to lead you to repentance. Every mercy, every season of provision, every deliverance is a call from a loving Father to turn from your pride. Will you, then, kick against such kindness? Do you imagine you can vex the heart of Infinite Love by your miserable performance? That would be a sad victory indeed, to wound yourself to no purpose, for God’s plans will not be frustrated.

You speak of being an independent individual. True independence is found only in yielding to God. The rebel is a slave to his own corrupt will, dragged by chains of sin. But when the Spirit changes the will, a man becomes blessedly free, willing in the day of God’s power. To stand straight against the Almighty is the posture of a drowning man who refuses the rescuer’s arm. Oh, that you would cease your striving and let the everlasting arms be underneath you!

I plead with you: do not carry out this wicked design. It is a plan born of unbelief and pride. The God who is near you even now reads your heart fully; you cannot deceive Him. If you persist, you will prove nothing but your own misery, and you may awaken a discipline of sorrow. But there is a better way. Repentance is not something you manufacture; it is the gift of God through looking to Jesus Christ, who bled and died for rebels. In His wounds you will find a broken heart, a contrite spirit. Yield up the weapons of your proud rebellion, and come to Him. His plan for you is not to make you a mere machine, but to make you a son, a co-worker, a partaker of the divine nature. Let His goodness lead you to repentance this very hour.

Your request is not a prayer but a declaration of war against the God who made you. You speak of proving yourself independent, of deliberately ruining what He has set before you, as if you could thwart His purposes by your spite. But consider: what you call freedom is the deepest slavery. For he who sets himself against the will of God does not stand as an equal; he merely dashes himself against the rock that will crush him. You say you will do your worst to prove His plans are not good. Yet Scripture warns, "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." The pot does not rise up and accuse the potter of forcing it into shape. You are not a robot; you are a creature made in His image, and your truest humanity is found in willing submission, not defiant rebellion.

What spirit do you think dwells within you when you speak this way? Is it the Spirit of adoption, crying "Abba, Father"? No. It is the spirit of pride that made Adam fall, that drove Cain to murder. For self-love, as I have often taught, is the root of all sin: from it springs covetousness, boastfulness, and finally blasphemy against God Himself. You claim independence, but you are only tightening your own chains. To despise God's will is to despise God Himself. And to despise your brothers, to work poorly so that a job fails, is to harm those you are meant to serve. Do you think God will not see this malice? He who searches hearts knows your plot before you carry it out.

What you need is not to prove a point but to fall on your face in repentance. God is not mocked; whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. If you sow destruction, you will reap a bitter harvest. But even now, there is a remedy. Repentance has great power; it can set free the one who has sunk to the deepest pit of wickedness. Cast away this arrogant notion that you are the judge of what is good. Ask God not for success or failure on your own terms, but for a contrite and humbled heart. That is His true gift, a spirit sober, awestruck, full of compunction. You stand at a crossroads. One path leads to ruin, as you fight against the hand that alone can save you. The other leads to life, if you will bend the knee and say, "Not my will, but Thine be done." Choose this day whom you will serve, but do not deceive yourself: no one can serve two masters. Lay down your weapons of rebellion, and let Christ be formed in you again.

I read your request, and I want to speak honestly with you. What you are describing is not a small thing. Deliberately trying to undermine a job God opened, to prove that His plans are not necessary good and that you do not need to submit to His will, that is a spirit of outright rebellion. The prophet asked, “Can the clay say to the potter, ‘Why have you made me this way?’” The clay has no power over what it becomes. That is all in the hands and mind of the potter. The same is true of us before God. He holds complete authority over our lives, not to be a tyrant, but because He knows what is best and His plans are perfect.

There is an anger that is not sinful, anger at evil, at injustice, at the things that break God’s heart. But what you are describing is a willful anger that wants to ruin something God has set in motion, just to prove a point. That kind of wrath grieves the Holy Spirit. It puts you on a collision course with the God who loves you. The Scriptures tell us that the Lord’s anger is kindled against rebellion, whether in nations or in individuals. When Jacob’s sons let their temper rule them, their curse followed them for years. And in the end, those who remain defiant in their rebellion will be excluded from God’s kingdom. This is not a game.

I think often of Mary, who when told of God’s surprising and costly plan, simply said, “Be it unto me according to your word.” That beautiful surrender did not make her a robot. It made her a yielded vessel through which God did something wonderful. Submission to God’s will is not the loss of your independence; it is the recovery of your true purpose. You were made for Him.

Satan’s oldest trick is to plant the thought that you can outsmart or outlast God’s purpose. He deceived himself into thinking rebellion would succeed, and he pulls others into that same darkness. But no one ever wins by fighting against the Lord. When Esau met Jacob after years of anger, God had already changed Esau’s heart, and there was weeping and embrace instead of destruction. That is the heart of reconciliation God desires. He does not hide our sins, but He offers a path away from them. He weeps over those who harden their necks and force His hand to judgment, because He is not willing that any should perish.

I will pray for you, not that you succeed in ruining what God has opened, but that your heart would soften. Your words are raw, and they reveal a deep wound or a fierce pride. Take it from a pastor who has seen too many broken lives: you cannot fight the Almighty and prosper. Let all bitterness and anger and evil speaking be put away. Turn from this path while you can. God’s will is not a cage; it is the only safe place. Yield to Him, and see if He will not prove His goodness, even in ways you cannot yet see.
