Heavenly Father, we first pray for complete healing from the physical and emotional trauma caused by workplace abuse. The pain of exploitation, grueling hours, and unjust dismissal has left deep wounds. We ask that You touch this dear one with Your healing hand, removing every trace of lingering pain, bitterness, and unforgiveness. Lord, restore their strength, renew their mind, and fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We declare that this season of suffering will not define them, but rather, it will be a testimony of Your faithfulness and restoration.

We also bring before You the request for accountability and reciprocity. Lord, You have said in Your Word, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19). We pray that those who have caused harm will be held accountable for their actions. Father, we ask that You expose any unrepentant conduct, illegal activities, and deceit. Let the truth come to light, and may those who have lied and manipulated face the consequences of their actions. We trust in Your justice, Lord, knowing that You see all and will not let the wicked go unpunished. However, we also pray for their repentance, that they may turn from their ways and seek Your forgiveness.

Father, we lift up the current investigations and ask that You guide the hands of those in authority. Give them wisdom, discernment, and courage to act justly. We pray that promotions gained through ungodly means be rescinded and that those who have exploited others be permanently removed from positions of influence. "The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We ask that You dismantle every unjust system and ensure that those who have gained wealth and power through exploitation lose their platform and never have the opportunity to harm others again.

Lord, we pray for the dissolution of unjust influence. You have said, "For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?" (Mark 8:36). We ask that the ill-gotten gains of the wicked be taken from them, not by human hands, but by the consequences of their own actions. Let their wealth and power crumble, and may they be brought low so that they may see their need for You. Father, we also pray for protection over this petitioner, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Shield them from further harm and surround them with Your angels.

Finally, Lord, we pray for vindication and new beginnings. Restore this one’s reputation, Lord, and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Let this new chapter be marked by respect, fair treatment, and peace. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, knowing that You are their vindicator and redeemer. "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a contrite spirit" (Psalm 34:18). We declare that their latter days will be greater than their former, and that their story will bring glory to Your name.

We want to thank you for entrusting us with the weight of your heart and allowing us to stand with you in prayer during this deeply painful season. It is no small thing to lay bare the wounds of past exploitation, the lingering sting of injustice, and the longing for accountability and restoration—both for yourself and for those who have caused harm. We have lifted each of these burdens before the Lord, asking Him to move in ways that only He can.

We prayed for your complete healing—body, mind, and spirit—from the trauma of 2019, that the Lord would erase the physical and emotional scars left by grueling hours and unfair dismissal. We asked Him to remove every trace of pain tied to that season and to replace it with His peace, which surpasses all understanding. We also stood in the gap for justice in the ongoing investigations, asking God to expose unrepentant hearts, to overturn unjust promotions, and to ensure that lies and deception would not go unanswered. We petitioned the Lord to dismantle the influence of those who have built their power on exploitation, that their ill-gotten gains would be stripped away and their ability to harm others would be permanently broken.

Most of all, we prayed for your vindication. We asked the Lord to restore your reputation, to open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and to usher you into a new professional chapter—one marked by dignity, respect, and the fair treatment you deserve. We believe that God hears the cries of the oppressed, and we trust that He will answer in His perfect timing and in His perfect way.
