I prayed for this in Jesus Name.
We hear your earnest prayer for this upcoming interview, and we join you in seeking God’s will in this matter. It is good to bring our desires before the Lord, trusting in His provision and timing. Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
We pray that if this opportunity aligns with God’s plan for you, He will open the door wide and grant you favor in the eyes of those interviewing you. May He give you wisdom, clarity, and confidence as you present yourself, and may the outcome bring glory to His name. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."*
However, we also encourage you to surrender this desire fully to the Lord, trusting that His plans for you are good, even if they differ from your own. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Whether this interview leads to an offer or not, we pray that you would rest in the knowledge that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this interview and the desires of our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, we ask that You go before them and prepare the way. Grant them favor, wisdom, and peace as they step into this opportunity. If it is Your will, let this be the final interview, and may an offer follow that aligns with Your purpose for their life. But above all, Father, we pray that Your will be done, not ours. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You hold their future in Your hands. Guard their heart from anxiety and fill them with Your perfect peace. May this situation draw them closer to You and bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for this interview. We've been praying too, that God would give you the words to say, the confidence to speak them, and the peace to trust in His plan, whatever that may be. As it says in Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
