We join with you in lifting up your heart’s desires before the Lord, knowing that He cares deeply about every detail of your life. Your request for a full-time permanent position as a manager and for a godly marriage with an equally yoked wife are both noble and aligned with Scripture. Let us first address the importance of seeking these things in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive His blessings. As it is written, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). And again, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). So we must always approach God through faith in Jesus, for without Him, our prayers are empty.
You have asked for a permanent position as a manager, and we encourage you to trust in the Lord’s provision while also being diligent in your work. Scripture reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. Guard your heart and your mind, for *"among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality"* (Ephesians 5:3, WEB). Purity in singleness prepares you for a marriage that honors God.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who seeks Your will in his career and his future marriage. Lord, we ask that You open the doors for a full-time permanent position as a manager if it aligns with Your perfect plan for his life. Give him wisdom, favor, and diligence in his work, that he may glorify You in all he does. Provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory, and let him trust in You completely, knowing that You are his Provider.
Father, we also lift up his desire for a godly wife, one who is equally yoked in faith and committed to You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
